We stayed here as long-term guests, and overall this was a very disappointing experience.
There were three separate incidents where staff entered our room without permission. When we raised this, the hotel only asked us to “understand” and said the boss was not available, without any proper explanation or solution.
We also had a serious issue with laundry where some of our clothes went missing. The staff kept changing their explanation, and it took a long time to get any answer. We chose to be understanding and did not ask for compensation, but after that, we were suddenly told that laundry service was no longer available.
Even before that, the laundry quality was poor. Clothes were often returned damp and had a bad smell, as if they were not properly dried.
Room cleaning was also disappointing. After cleaning, there was often an unpleasant smell, suggesting that the equipment used was not clean.
There were maintenance issues as well. The air conditioner was leaking water and damaged my shoes. We reported it, but the problem continued.
Wi-Fi was unreliable. The connection was almost unusable in the $500 room, and even after moving to a $750 room, it was still unstable.
Soundproofing was very poor. Noise from neighboring rooms could be clearly heard, including conversations.

The room was very quiet, and there were no connection issues. We liked the pool—it had everything we needed. The staff was pleasant and always helpful with suggestions for nearby dining options.
The room next door was so noisy and receptionist couldn’t do anything about it. The room smell of cigarettes and full of mosquitoes. Overall not worth the price at all.
The place is very nice and the bed is very comfortable to sleep. If u guys want go to kps and don’t know which hostel u do want sleep I recommend u guys should try this hostel very very luxury and the prices are very good too
The hotel's management is extremely lax and casual, and its concept of customer privacy and security is terrible. If you want to risk having your things stolen, or have your door suddenly opened while you're sleeping or taking a shower, and want this kind of surprising,then you're welcome to stay here.
