We stayed here as long-term guests, and overall this was a very disappointing experience. There were three separate incidents where staff entered our room without permission. When we raised this, the hotel only asked us to “understand” and said the boss was not available, without any proper explanation or solution. We also had a serious issue with laundry where some of our clothes went missing. The staff kept changing their explanation, and it took a long time to get any answer. We chose to be understanding and did not ask for compensation, but after that, we were suddenly told that laundry service was no longer available. Even before that, the laundry quality was poor. Clothes were often returned damp and had a bad smell, as if they were not properly dried. Room cleaning was also disappointing. After cleaning, there was often an unpleasant smell, suggesting that the equipment used was not clean. There were maintenance issues as well. The air conditioner was leaking water and damaged my shoes. We reported it, but the problem continued. Wi-Fi was unreliable. The connection was almost unusable in the $500 room, and even after moving to a $750 room, it was still unstable. Soundproofing was very poor. Noise from neighboring rooms could be clearly heard, including conversations. In addition, there was frequent noise from nearby construction, which made it difficult to rest.
