Hotels near Westport Wanda Plaza

Westport Wanda Plaza is a shopping complex in Preah Sihanouk that operates around the clock every day. It houses a supermarket with a wide selection of groceries and fresh produce, multiple dessert and beverage shops including gelato and milk tea vendors, restaurants serving hot pot buffet and Thai cuisine, and an e-sports venue. The building itself is spacious with modern fixtures including a long escalator, distinguishing it from other shopping centres in the area.

Visitors praise the grocery section for its range and quality, and appreciate the variety of dessert options available. The mall's 24-hour operation is noted as a distinctive feature. However, several guests report significant concerns about the venue's upkeep and enforcement of rules. Smoking indoors was observed despite no-smoking signs, including by staff, which caused discomfort to some visitors. Cleanliness issues were mentioned, with rubbish spotted under tables in at least one restaurant. The e-sports venue and food offerings received mixed reviews, with some finding them decent while others thought prices were high relative to quality.

The plaza's main draw is its round-the-clock availability and comprehensive grocery selection, making it useful for late-night shopping or when other centres are closed. Visitors should be aware that enforcement of no-smoking policies appears inconsistent, which may affect air quality, particularly for those sensitive to smoke. It suits travellers looking for a modern shopping environment with extended hours or a substantial supermarket, though those prioritising cleanliness and strict facility management may find the experience frustrating.
