Tucked down a small alleyway at 13Y St 830, this all-day spot mixes an indoor house area with outdoor seating and greenery, giving it a garden-like, unhurried feel rather than a typical street-side café. The menu runs from snacks and spring rolls to cocktails, coffee, and matcha, with a kitchen that leans toward Western-influenced takes on Cambodian staples. Toys are kept on hand for guests travelling with babies, and there is no dedicated parking, given the narrow lane it sits on.
Visitors return repeatedly for the spring rolls, especially a burrata version, and for breakfast dishes like avocado toast, which several reviewers rate above other options in the city. Cocktails, including a spicy mango drink, get consistent praise, and staff are described again and again as attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The recurring caveats are the coffee and matcha, which a few guests found underwhelming compared to Phnom Penh's growing café scene, and prices that are noted as on the higher side for the city. Ventilation indoors can also struggle in humid weather, since fans alone were not enough for one visitor when it rained and outdoor seating was not an option.
Go for a relaxed breakfast or lunch when you want a calmer, garden-adjacent setting away from city noise, or for an evening cocktail with spring rolls if heat is welcome on the palate. It suits couples on a date, small groups of friends, or informal work meetings, and the restaurant explicitly discourages loud noise and smoking to protect that quiet. Since it is in an alley with no parking, arriving on foot, by tuk-tuk, or by app-based ride is more practical, and it is worth knowing in advance that specialty drinks are a stronger bet here than coffee.

I love their place although we are not able to chill outside due to the sudden rain. They have a lot of menu from snacks to non-alcoholic beverage to alcoholic beverage.
I bet this would be a good location for chilling if it did not rain that day. Hopefully, they will open the windows inside the house area since it’s too humid and the e-fan did not even stand a chance to cool the area. They also provide toys for babies while you chill lol
1. Five cheese 3/5 - Tastes okay for us, but the matured cheese overpower the other cheese and the dipping sauce tastes bland.
2. Chocolate banana fritters 5/5 - We loved this so much! We loved the dipping sauce—cinnamon and mango. It compliments the chocolate and banana.
3. Khmer vanilla latte with arabica beans 2/5 - We didn’t like it. It tastes like watered down coffee even though we changed it to arabica beans.
4. Passion fruit juice 3/5 - Persona

- Food and Drinks: I had their cocktail, and it was nice. For food, they are specialized in spring rolls and fried spring rolls. The taste are westernised though, so you cannot expect it to taste like local's spring rolls.
- Hygiene: Clean.
- Service: Good.
- Price: hmmm ok but kinda on the high side.
- Atmosphere: suitable for a date, small group of friends meet up, informal business/work meeting.
- location: located in a small alleyway. No parking spot.

The food here was DELICIOUS!! One of my favourite places I ate in Phnom Penh, so much so that I had to come back twice as the burrata spring roll was on my mind for a while. The food was gorgeous - so fresh and tasted amazing. The service was wonderful as the staff were attentive and seemed so happy. I loved how much they smiled! Came for lunch and dinner on two separate days. On one I had a cocktail - like Cambodian drinks, it was heavy on the alcohol but tasted great. Can’t remember the name but it was a spicy mango drink. Definitely recommend if you like a bit of heat!

! Coffee and Matcha - need improvement !
Delicious food and a great atmosphere. Breakfast here is amazing, and the dishes are simply outstanding — no strings attached. Highly recommended.
Avo toast is much better then other places in Cambodia where I've tried it. Spring rolls are also a refresher compared to Asian average.
However, the coffee and matcha need substantial improvement. Their taste is noticeably below average, which stands out even more considering that Phnom Penh has become a rapidly growing hub and destination for coffee and matcha in Southeast Asia, where the average quality of those is quite high.

This is a relaxing place and a good escape from the hustle and bustle. I came here during the day. It's a peaceful place surrounded by nature, with butterflies circling around, giving a feeling of peace and simply comfort. The food prices are a bit high, but the restaurant provides excellent service. All staff are very welcoming. This place is concerned about privacy, to avoid making loud noises or smoking disturbing others, which is very good. I was impressed. Thank you ♡
