This hotel is a fantastic find right on the main road in the China district. While it’s a smaller property, it has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The location is unbeatable—step outside and you’re surrounded by great food, shops, markets, and everything happening in the area. It made exploring incredibly easy, whether day or night.
The hotel itself is clean, well-kept, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The rooms are comfortable and quiet considering how central it is, which was a big plus.
What really stood out was the staff. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything—from directions to recommendations. Their service really made the stay feel welcoming and stress-free.
If you’re looking for a well-located, cozy hotel with great service right in the middle of the action, this is a perfect choice. I’d definitely stay here again.

The experience at your hotel has been extremely poor. I’ve been staying here for over a month, and there have been frequent, unexplained power outages. I’ve already had to change rooms several times, and now my room has lost power again!
Your front desk asked me to switch rooms, and I said I needed time to pack my belongings. However, your housekeeping staff stood at my door and kept urging me to hurry. I told her I needed a moment to pack, but she actually insulted me in Khmer, calling me ‘crazy’. Does she think customers don’t understand Khmer?

Room pretty run down, has been for sure nice when it was new. Shower head spits everywhere, cold water in the morning. Nice view, good location but that's about it.

And after I posted my review they reacted on my review with a funny comment that in might have stayed in another property - no I have not. Therefore I attach pictures, it was your run down place with the bad shower, dirty towels and overpriced laundry and coffee service. Sorry- but your staff was friendly.
