Good to know
A stay costs $20 per night. Drinking water is not provided for free and must be purchased separately. The on-site restaurant is priced higher than other food options in the surrounding area. A no-smoking policy applies at tables inside the venue.
We stayed one week here and it was good. Location was perfect. Walkable to most of the places you need. Rooms are OK. Air condition was working. Staff were helpful.
The pub and pool area was good but we couldn't socialize as expected. It's not about the hotel. It's about the new weirdo generation of young people. I'm worried for the future of the world for these young anormal fellows all around the world. I've been in SEA long ago and traveling and meeting with other people were so nice in the old days.
Anyway bliss and beats hostel is good and i recommend it.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Bliss and Beats Hostel was a really solid place to stay in Phnom Penh. Laid-back, friendly, and easy to settle into — exactly what you want from a hostel. Social enough to meet people, but not so loud that you can’t relax.
Shoutout to Tola, the team leader. He was genuinely welcoming, always around if you needed help, and did a great job making guests feel comfortable. You can tell he puts a lot into the place and keeps things running smoothly. Honestly, he’s a big part of the good vibe here and definitely deserves recognition (and yeah, probably a pay raise).
The rest of the staff were friendly and easygoing, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the common areas were nice for hanging out. Nothing flashy — just a well-run hostel with good people.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. If you're feeling fancy you can even order room service. Though we preferred to eat downstairs at the resteraunt/pool area. Very good Vibes down there.
If you’re coming through Phnom Penh and want somewhere relaxed and friendly, Bliss and Beats is a good choice. I’d happily stay here again.
Stayed in a 12 bed mixed dorm and was very impressed with how they designed and sectioned the room. Like that, everybody feels like they got their own little private corners. You dont feel like youre in prison 😅
Room and beds were spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom. Good shower pressure but not very hot water, which was bad pairing with the cold room.
They had international plugs by the bed and big, bright lights with thick curtains. The aircon was way too cold for my liking because we only got a top sheet as a blanket.
The pool is very gorgeous as well.
Note that they will take a 10USD deposit and with me, they were flexible to take other currencies as long as the amount was commensurate.
Everything to love about this place😉 Seriously! My room was upgraded and I enjoyed a super good avo on toast poolside in the morning. Really great security and cleanliness. Super friendly effective staff too, all for an amazing price. Will definitely stay again 😍
Stayed here for a couple of days as I passing through Phnom Penh to go between cambodia and Vietnam, the rooms are nice and service was mid but one of the staff who goes by loc lac has this weird authority in terms of treating guest. He wasn’t welcoming and hasn’t been very friendly in terms of speaking to me. Perhaps it’s discrimination but he didn’t make me feel welcome at the hostel or the bar and kept making comments that the boss wouldn’t like it if I was standing by the bar without ordering. We apologized when we didn’t see the sign for no smoking so we moved to a different table. Overall, his presence alone didn’t make me feel welcome at this hostel. The rest were very nice and accommodating his attitude alone made me reconsider ever staying here again.
