Moma Bakehouse & Bistro sits on Street 370 and functions as both a working bakery and a café with seating upstairs. Visitors find a selection of pastries, croissants, and baked goods on display, alongside a menu featuring brunch items and full cooked breakfasts. The space is described as clean and well-appointed, with strong air conditioning—a practical benefit in Phnom Penh's heat. The interior aesthetic draws consistent mention, with guests noting a relaxing, cozy atmosphere suited to working or spending time with friends.
Reviewers praise the quality and portion sizes of the food and pastries, with several highlighting the blueberry pancakes and the full English breakfast as standouts. Staff are reported to be friendly, welcoming, and communicative in English, and the ordering process—whether in-person or online—runs smoothly. The main reservation across reviews is price: the café operates at the higher end of the market, though most visitors feel the quality justifies the cost. One caveat appears around the Dubai chocolate items, which some find excessively sweet. The sausages in the English breakfast have drawn mixed reactions from different guests.
The café opens early at 6:00 AM on weekdays and Saturdays, making it a viable breakfast stop. It remains open until 10:00 PM most days. It suits those seeking a comfortable environment with reliable quality over budget dining, and works equally well for a quick pastry, a full breakfast, or settling in with coffee and a laptop.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and able to communicate well in English. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. I also loved the interior—it has a beautiful aesthetic and a relaxing atmosphere that's perfect for spending time with friends or working.
The only downside for me was the food and coffee. While they were decent, they didn't have the flavor or uniqueness I expected for the price. I was hoping for something a bit more memorable.
Overall, I would still recommend this café if you're looking for a cozy place with a great ambiance and excellent service. If atmosphere is your priority, it's definitely worth a visit.

Moma is one of the most popular bakeries in town, well known for its brunch menu and wide selection of pastries. After trying their products, I can definitely say they live up to their reputation.
Although the prices are on the higher side, the quality, taste, and portion sizes justify the cost. Everything feels well made, using quality ingredients, so the value matches the price.
Even though I haven't visited the bakery in person and only ordered online, I was impressed by their customer service. The staff responded quickly, answered my questions in detail, and made the ordering process smooth and pleasant.
The egg tart series was the highlight for me. The crust was flaky, the filling was rich and creamy, and it wasn't overly sweet. I also really enjoyed the Dubai Chewy—it had a great texture and was full of flavor.
Overall, Moma is a bakery that's worth the hype. Whether you're loo

Excellent bakery with a very good cafe attached to it. The review is mainly about the savory food but don’t miss out on the croissants and various pastries on offer. Though I would avoid, unless you have a very sweet tooth, their Dubai chocolate items as they are VERY sweet.
The cafe upstairs is very well appointed and clean, with strong AC which is much appreciated in this town. Service is friendly but unremarkable.
The food are generally high quality and good value, and I highly recommend the full English breakfast which is arguably the best in Phnom Penh. It’s missing black pudding but other than that, it’s very on point.
The beef lok lak is a limited item but you should try it if they offer it. Very succulent Australian tenderloin and comes with freshly fried crisps which soak up the pepper sauce quite nicely.
All in all a great place for brunch or just a quick pick me up.

The BEST blueberry pancakes I’ve had in Cambodia. I thought another restaurant was good but this blows them away. The pancakes are fluffy and actually has a great texture. I have had their blueberry pancakes two days in a row because it’s that good. Judge for yourself and I will try their other items on their menu.
