Hotels near HighGround Sky Bar

HighGround Sky Bar occupies the top of Amass Tower on Street 63 and serves drinks and food with a 360-degree view of Phnom Penh's skyline. The bar operates from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM daily, making it accessible for evening drinks through to late night. The setting is designed for relaxation, with visitors describing the atmosphere as quiet and comfortable rather than loud or club-like.

Visitors consistently praise the city views, particularly on clear nights when the panorama across Phnom Penh becomes the draw. The drinks receive positive mention across reviews, with at least one visitor calling a cocktail made by staff member Anna the best they'd ever had. Service gets regular compliments, and the bar's staff—including Manager Paul—are noted for professionalism and attentiveness. The food menu appears adequately executed; one visitor noted it looked appealing and tasted good, though another suggested the dishes were pleasant but not standout enough to remember. Prices for food and drinks are described as reasonable. No significant complaints appear in the reviews, though the food is clearly secondary to the drinks and views.

The bar suits visitors wanting a calm evening spot rather than a high-energy night out, and works well for catching up with friends. Clear weather noticeably improves the experience, so checking the forecast before going is worth doing. It's a straightforward choice if you want cocktails and a view rather than a venue focused on nightlife or dining.
