This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered in a casino. The service here is terrible. They lure customers into booking rooms to play cards. If you lose money betting, they will kick you out of your room! The staff will claim that another guest has already booked the room and ask you to move to another casino! This is a strategy to scam other customers. The casino staff only helps Cambodian nationals!! They are terrible with foreigners of all nationalities! Many guests have been tricked into staying here and then kicked out after losing money gambling. If you gamble for even a short time, you will experience this kind of treatment! It's truly awful. Holiday Palace Casino in Sihanoukville only serves Cambodian nationals. It's a terrible and selfish casino. The owners should close it down because the management at your casino is behaving in the most disgusting way.

Bad service i had experience in Cambodia Firstly the receptionist (tall male with glasses) very very impolite when i was asking him can I take a seat at public area since i already bought food from outside for my kids breakfast and they are waiting for my coming back. He said CAN NOT, i asked him why no one noticed to me during check-in. When check-in time i request them to add breakfast they also said CAN NOT that’s why i need to buy food from outside for my kids. They have a lot of table at public area but they keep for their event. They don’t care about their in-house guest. When i ask for help but no one care about my requirement, they just follow their rules as a robot and look at me as im a criminal when i was the person who come to them and asking permission to bring food outside for my kids. Their restaurant also not working in the morning and keep all facility to their event. If you want to stay here you have only 1 choice is have meal outside and can’t enjoy any facility in their hotel

A nice and beautiful resort located just on the seaside, surrounded with white sand. Manned with warm-hearted people, this hotel is a perfect choice for a weekend getaway to refresh your mind. This two floor resort, offers a peaceful sea-view. You can have morning exercise on the hardened yard - well not truly a jogging track - or walking along the white sand beach which literally located behind the resort. It has Lotus Restaurant that offers Chinese cuisine & dim sum and Aqua Beach Club, that offers drinks and eateries while enjoying sunset. From inside this Aqua Beach Club, you can enjoy the tranquility of the sea of Gulf of Thailand, and the passing small, traditional fisherman boat. Well recommended.

I chose this place for a few reasons, close to the beach, reason price . The beach and the place is ok not as clean. The sheets were wrinkled and the room was small, the bedroom classified as superior room.. it began as I first arrived, I went to used the restroom, they was a step as you walk in the door. There is no warning sign to watch your step. Then there are more steps inside the room, the restroom and the shower. If you don't watch it, it will break your back. I am so disappointed. And overall experience it could been better.

Lovely place with excellent views of the private beach. A few dining options and room service to go with them. A small store selling drinks and snacks is also here. The hotel rooms themselves are very modern and stylish. A nice place to stay.
