I’m pretty surprised by the reviews , I stay long term and have nothing but positive things to say , the unit I have is definetly on par with high quality units you can find in European countries and you can see attention as be paid to small details .
Arguably one of the best view of the city also when it come to the swimming pool on 22 , quiet environment while being located not so far from center .
The manager is very helpful, straight to the point and know how to solve a very wide range of problems .
Good for short stay only, the view is nice however when staying in the hotel a lot of basic things like kitchen appliances are missing. When you text the staff they take up to an hour to bring you a single fork. The downstairs area is also incredibly dirty and the location is in a stranded Area. Not exactly where you want to be when visiting Sihanoukville
The pool on the roof top is very nice. Flat is minimum comfort. Service is poor. Still good value for money. No breakfast. Quality of the building is not at the top. Building is new but some equipment looks like 20 years old.
