Hotels near MR.LY Gym and Boxing

MR.LY Gym and Boxing is a Kun Khmer and boxing training facility on the far side of the river from Pub Street, offering group classes and open gym access alongside coaching for fighters at different stages of experience. Visitors describe a working gym rather than a polished fitness studio: equipment is functional but not new, and the space is set up for genuine training rather than casual sightseeing.

What comes through consistently in reviews is the quality of the coaching. Guests repeatedly mention coaches who are patient with beginners while still running serious sessions, and several note that champion fighters train alongside regular clients, giving the place a credible, unglamorous feel. Equipment for classes is provided on site, so newcomers do not need their own gear. The value for money is mentioned often, with entry to the gym or a class priced low enough that people treat it as an easy addition to a Siem Reap stay. One longer-term visitor who trained there for two months recalls a demanding daily routine of sparring and clinching that noticeably improved their skills. The main practical caveat raised is navigational rather than about the gym itself: there are multiple businesses with a similar name, so it is worth confirming the route in advance, past Pub Street and across the river.

The gym is open every day from 6am to 9pm, which allows for morning or evening sessions around sightseeing. It suits both complete beginners curious about Kun Khmer or boxing and more experienced fighters looking for real sparring, since reviewers describe classes as adaptable to different skill levels. Anyone booking transport should double check the address given the name overlap with other gyms in town, and those short on time in the city may still find a single class worthwhile based on how visitors describe the experience.
