A restaurant in the Wat Damnak area of Siem Reap built around a single idea: spring rolls, both fresh rice-paper rolls and deep-fried versions, done in a range of creative combinations rather than the standard version found around town. The menu extends to cocktails and mocktails, a vegetarian selection, and desserts such as banana spring rolls, all served in a space with attentive decor and a cosy, relaxed atmosphere. Card and Google Pay are accepted, a small but useful detail in a city where cash is often expected.
Reviewers are consistently enthusiastic, with names like Monsoon Rainbow, King Jayavarman and Mama Mia coming up as favourites among the fresh and fried rolls, and several guests recommend ordering one of each style to compare textures. The service is repeatedly described as warm, professional and fast, with staff singled out for genuine hospitality rather than routine politeness. More than one visitor mentions returning multiple times during a short stay, or wishing they had, and dishes are noted for traditional Khmer touches beneath the inventive presentation. No significant complaints appear in the feedback, though the narrow focus on spring rolls means diners looking for a broader Khmer menu may want to check the offerings beforehand.
Open daily from late morning until late evening, Wild suits couples looking for a relaxed dinner, spring roll enthusiasts, and travellers who want a vegetarian-friendly option without sacrificing flavour. Given the popularity reflected in the review volume, arriving a little ahead of peak dinner hours is a sensible precaution for those without a reservation.

We went to Wild together with my girlfriend for Valentine's evening. We had a great time! The atmosphere is really peaceful & cosy with nice décor. Cocktail are creative and food is delicious. These are not typical spring roll, they really put effort into the menu. The staff is much more professional compared to other well established places in Siem Reap. The owners were not there on that night but things were running super smoothly. I was also able to pay with Google pay / credit card which is worth mentioning in Siem Reap. Overall this was our best diner in Siem Reap. Will be back next time to taste the deserts

Wow!! This restaurant is a MUST if you are ever in Siem Reap.
Loved the freshness of the fresh rice paper spring rolls. We chose Monsoon Rainbow and the first mouthful was an explosion of flavour!
For the deep fried spring rolls we chose King Jayavarman. The different texture and simple flavours contrasted beautifully to the fresh rolls. As others have suggested it’s a great option to pick both the fresh and deep fried when dining.
We finished off with dessert, and couldn’t pass the Banana Wonder Spring Rolls. They were amazing and the accompanying sauces complimented so well.
The restaurants beautiful decor and garden setting made the whole experience a wonderful experience.

We had an excellent experience! It’s a fun concept based on many different types of spring rolls. If you’re a spring roll enthusiast (we are!) you’ll have a great time, and even if you’re not, they might be able to convert you 😉 Super good food, beautiful decor and ambiance, friendly and fast service, this place is so good. I wish we could have gone a second time, but we were visiting and didn’t have a chance!! Oh well… Thanks guys, we really enjoyed it 🙏 I got the “mama mia” rolls and also the vegetarian option on the Khmer menu. (Oh also, there are vegetarian options 👍👍). The mocktails were great too, I got the “California Kiss” and loved it.

My husband and I came to Siem Reap for four days, and by a happy coincidence, out of all the places on my list, we chose Wild as the very first spot to eat. We loved it so much that we ended up dining here every single day—either in the bar itself or ordering delivery to our hotel 🥰
The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our waitress was especially sweet, and the team’s overall sense of hospitality truly stood out—it felt genuine, warm, and effortless.
The food was absolutely delicious. We especially loved that many dishes had traditional touches, which made the experience feel both authentic and exciting. We honestly wanted to try everything on the menu—and ended up overeating more than once, simply because we wanted to savor these flavors as much as possible while we could.
I already know I will deeply miss my favorite spring rolls… and perhaps never taste anything quite l

Creative and tasty twists on spring rolls along with good selections of drinks. I am surprised with their fresh rolls creations. Enjoyable and nice!
Tried and enjoyed three of their fresh rolls. My favorite is the Monsoon.
Highly recommended.
