Hotels near WIP Zone

WIP Zone is a bar on Street 566 in Phnom Penh's central area, open from 4 PM to midnight daily except Sunday. The venue features live bands and singers, with an open-air section that gives it a casual outdoor feel. The décor is described as simple and creative, and both food and drinks are reasonably priced. The crowd tends toward an older demographic, mostly in their late twenties and above.

Visitors consistently praise the atmosphere and the quality of the live music, with multiple reviewers noting the friendliness of the band members and the good vibes for relaxed listening. Food and drinks receive positive mentions as decent and satisfying options. However, noise is a significant concern: one reviewer raised serious complaints about the volume of the music and its impact on neighbouring residents, suggesting that this matters if you're staying nearby. Friday nights draw noticeably larger crowds, so expect a busier experience then.

The bar suits those looking for live music in a casual, affordable setting with an older crowd. Visit on weekdays or early in the week if you prefer a quieter atmosphere. The open-air layout makes it pleasant for evening hours, particularly once the temperature drops after sunset. It's the kind of place to settle in for an evening of local music rather than a quick drink.
