I had a fantastic stay at Rosewood Phnom Penh—easily one of the best luxury hotels in the city. The hotel is located high up in the city, and the panoramic views over Phnom Penh and the Mekong River are absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The rooms are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with floor-to-ceiling windows, very comfortable beds, and luxurious bathrooms. Service was exceptional throughout my stay—staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. Everything felt smooth and well-managed from check-in to check-out. The food and drinks were another highlight. The rooftop bar (Sora) offers incredible views and a great atmosphere, while the restaurants serve high-quality dishes with a refined touch. The facilities are equally impressive, especially the indoor pool and spa, which are perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. It is definitely a premium experience and priced accordingly, but if you’re looking for comfort, views, and top-tier service, it’s absolutely worth it.

I had the pleasure of staying at Rosewood Phnom Penh while attending meetings for Dtreon (dtreon_official on X), and the experience exceeded my expectations. The rooms are incredibly luxurious, spacious, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views over the city. Every detail reflects the high standard of the hotel. Combined with the outstanding service and elegant atmosphere, it made both work and relaxation a pleasure. I highly recommend Rosewood Phnom Penh to anyone looking for a truly premium stay.

I am writing a review for Rosewood Phnom Penh as a resident of this city. I am continually impressed with how Rosewood supports the artistic communities of Phnom Penh. From their incredible help with Phnom Penh Designers Week, their showings of incredible local artists, their support of Phnom Penh Pride, and much more, the administration and staff of this hotel show all of us how businesses can make a tremendous positive impact. Thank you, Rosewood, for all that you do - beyond just being a great hotel.

1st stay in a Rosewood and won’t be the last. Rooms were fabulous ( 28th floor ) - very comfortable and great views. Staff super attentive , excellent English and very helpful. Only a one night transit visit so stayed in the Hotel - there are numerous places to eat and drink albeit at a bit of a price - but to be expected. Soro roof top bar was great place to watch the sunset - again staff very friendly and attentive. Live music was good too. I booked ahead for 530 and had great table for the sunset. Went back after dinner and still a good vibe. Dinner at Brasserie Louis was good but lacking in atmosphere as few diners and had spaced everyone out. Breakfast here too - best omelette of the holiday! We had done visitor attractions earlier in the holiday and this hotel well placed for key sights too. Small negatives- bar stools a bit uncomfortable in Soro and public rooms a little over air conditioned such that needed to offer my wife a scarf! Other than that highly recommend. The Cuts restaurant looked v good ( above Soro) but we managed without trying to spend £300 on food and wine so suspect Cuts would be a lot more. I really enjoyed my steak in brasserie Louis - my wife found the burger a little bland but did ask for it without truffle so perhaps lack of seasoning stood out.

Absolutely fantastic — five-star everything. We visited the Rosewood Hotel for the Cocktail Festival, and the entire experience was unbelievable. The vibes were incredible from start to finish. The rooms are beautiful and spotless, the food is outstanding, and the drinks are next level. Every detail feels luxurious and thoughtfully done. What really sets this place apart is the people — from management to staff, everyone is absolutely unreal. The service is warm, professional, and truly world-class. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. 10/10 on everything. If I could give it more stars, I would.
