Hotels near AEON Mall Phnom Penh

AEON Mall Phnom Penh is a modern, air-conditioned shopping centre on Samdach Sothearos Boulevard offering a mix of international and local retail brands across multiple floors. The mall houses a supermarket, fashion and lifestyle shops, a cinema, and extensive dining options ranging from a food court to full-service restaurants serving Cambodian, Asian, and international cuisine. The space is designed to be spacious and well-lit, with controlled temperature throughout.

Visitors consistently praise the mall's cleanliness, organization, and the variety of dining choices available. Many note that the restaurant floor differs from typical food courts, offering a selection of proper restaurants rather than just counter service. The mall serves both as a shopping destination and as a place to escape the heat and spend several hours browsing and eating, even for those without serious shopping intentions. Some visitors appreciate it as a window into local weekend leisure habits. Reviews are largely positive, though the mall is recognized as a commercial space rather than a tourist attraction.

The mall operates from 9 AM to 10 PM daily. It suits visitors looking for familiar international brands alongside local options, families seeking air-conditioned entertainment and dining, and anyone wanting to experience how residents spend their leisure time. Allow several hours if you plan to shop, eat, and explore the various floors.
