We had an excellent stay at Won Majestic. The hotel is in a very practical and convenient location, making it easy to get around. All the staff we met were outstanding, friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, with a thoughtful arrival gift included (for check-in, at the room macarons, welcome drink at the lobby bar). We were upgraded to a beautiful seaview room on the 19th floor, and the hotel’s design, infinity pool (in the building but open air at the same time with nice views), and high-quality breakfast (with both Western and local options) were all impressive. Special thanks to Duty Manager Kim Ladang for the exceptional service and the complimentary airport transfer in a very comfortable hotel car. Easily the best hotel of our Cambodian trip so far, highly recommended! Also in international standards an absolutely great hotel. And much better than expected.
Incredible hotel!! Really nice rooms with super clean and new facilities, we loved are room it was huge and had everything you need even the small details where excellent, the staff really go out there way to look after you and make sure you have a good stay, special shout out to Chann for looking after us and making sure we had everything we needed during are time. Highly recommend the food he’s incredible buffet with a massive selection of amazing Food!!!!
