Buyer beware.Classic bait and switch, they told me I can rent for the month 2x. Rate 320 usd. See the photograph below. So I move in, then tell me your place is fully booked tomorrow and next day fully booked for the momth and by the way , you need to check out twelve tomorrow morning. But of course , they won't tell you that in the beginning , then then say , oh , you misheard , they gaslight , and say it's your fault. You making it up. So why didn't you tell me before I moved in? So I have to go out move my gear again. You can't rely on this kind of management. The staff is nice, but the management is the one that's messing with your mind and money. Bottom line , they're interested in money and not service. So i've been renting rooms since I thirty years ago , and i've never seen this kind of bait and switch happen so quickly , just for a quick buck. By the way, there is hair on a bed sheets and the spider webs.I have to tell them to to remove it before I can sleep in it.Then i'm paying eighteen dollars a week day for this privilege.
Stayed here for a couple of months. Rooms are relatively new + clean, it's a close walk to everything you'd need for a stay in Kampot and the staff are incredibly nice.
Ich habe ein Deluxe Double Room gebucht, mit Fenster, in der Hoffnung, dass es sich hierbei um ein besseres Zimmer als bei dem Standard Doppelzimmer handeln würde (war ja auch teuerer). Da die Fenster absolut nicht dicht waren, hat man den Lärm der Straße so gehört als wären die Fenster offen. Zudem gibt es einen offenen Flur, welcher direkt an das Zimmer grenzt wodurch noch extra Lärm vorhanden ist. Außerdem hat das Badezimmer kein richtiges Fenster sondern Holzleisten, wodurch auch da ständig Lärm ins Zimmer dringt. Trotz Ohrschutz war an ruhigen Schlaf nicht zu denken.
Beim Check In fiel mir dies sofort auf. Ich fragte darauf hin, ob noch weitere Zimmer verfügbar seien. Es wurde bejaht. Als ich allerdings nach einem anderen Zimmer fragte, sagte der Mitarbeiter nur Nein und verließ sofort das Zimmer ohne weitere Aufmerksamkeit. Ich kann mir auch vorstellen, dass der Mitarbeiter nichts verstand, da fast kein Englisch gesprochen wurde. Ich sagte sogar, dass ich ein Standard Zimmer ohne Fenster nehmen würde, obwohl ich den vollen Preis bezahlt habe. Da diese Zimmer neben an waren, sah ich, dass diese für die volle Dauer meines Aufenthalts leer standen. Für mich daher nicht verständlich und sehr schade.
In dem Zimmer waren zudem auch viele Tierchen (aufgrund der undichten/fehlenden Fenster) und eine Art von Tier Larven.
Was leider auch schade war, dass das Personal kein Englisch sprach (außer Hello, how Are you). So konnte mir bei keiner einzigen Frage (wie ob ich meinen Roll
