My fiance and I had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect just south of the noise from pub street/old market and right on the beautiful siem reap river. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hot water and tea included was a nice perk. The pool was really nice, and even had enough space to practice a little yoga beforehand. The staff was so genuine and incredibly welcoming. They were also very flexible with our check in and check out time. We stayed 3 nights, but could have stayed forever!
I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The facilities first of all are amazing. They allow free refills for water bottles. They have a pool and the rooms themselves are gorgeous and well kept. The prices for things as well is very affordable but the main reason why I am rating this place five stars is because of the people who work here and the service. We’ve been travelling Asia for three months and they are by far the kindest, most attentive and best host that we’ve had on the entire trip. They are so incredibly kind and welcoming people and are willing to go above and beyond the satisfaction of their customers. I felt very at home here and there are some of the nicest people I’ve met. The location is also fantastic
I had a fantastic stay here, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my time at the hotel.
Bo went above and beyond for me. When my phone broke, he personally gave me a free ride to the phone repair shop and then drove me back after.
Bunny also offered to call the bus company and have them arrange a ride for me when I was leaving.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel. The service was excellent; the price was affordable; and people like Bo and Bunny are what make a stay memorable. Thank you again for everything!
Staff were so friendly and helpful, sorting scooter hire and laundry for us. Always seemed genuinely pleased to see us and keen to help any way they could. Room was lovely, AC, kettle, everything clean, couldn’t have asked for more. Location is great, about 5-10 minutes walk to the centre of town. Water filter to refill bottles and a swimming pool thrown in as well and this is one of the best spots we’ve stayed in Cambodia, can’t recommend it highly enough.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough. the owner and his family are some of the kindest people I have ever met and went above and beyond for us every chance they got. We arrived extremely early, and they did everything they could to get us into the room as quickly as possible, and then when we departed way after checkout, they offered us towels so we could swim in the pool or shower before getting on our overnight bus. the rooms themselves were good, exactly what you’d expect for this price point. very very clean and comfortable with a good bathroom along with coffee and tea. there is also a restaurant downstairs, run by the family, and the food is amazing for a very good price. 10/10 please stay here!!
