Loved the sense of peace the moment we stepped onto the property. Grounds and lake so calming, it felt like an oasis. We absolutely loved our room. Everything was impeccably maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Coming back to such a restful space was something we looked forward to every evening. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of options including halal choices, which we greatly appreciated. But above all, what made this stay so special was the people. Every single team member we met was warm. They were always smiling, always attentive, and consistently went the extra mile. The hospitality at Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra is one of a kind. Beautiful hotels can be found in many places, but it is the people who create memories that stay with you long after you return home. I hope to return one day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended

Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra Golf Resort is one of the best places to stay in Siem Reap. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The room was excellent - spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Attention to detail was top-notch across the property, and the overall atmosphere felt calm, refined, and premium without being over the top. The staff were consistently courteous and attentive, which made the stay feel effortless. The food was also very good, with a wide breakfast buffet and phenomenal desserts at dinner. The amenities added a lot to the overall experience. The location is convenient and works really well as a base for exploring Siem Reap. Personally, it was a truly enjoyable stay, and while it sits in the premium range, the experience was absolutely worth it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, classy stay in Siem Reap.

Sofitel Angkor feels like a charming, quaint town in itself. The property is expansive, well maintained, and supported by good service and excellent dining. During our stay, the property manager thoughtfully provided a room upgrade due to available capacity. Special thanks to Head Chef Eric and Chef SK for curating custom vegetarian Indian dishes for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Chef SK’s bhel puri and vegetable momos were standout highlights. An outstanding destination for a luxurious, relaxing getaway.

We had the most fabulous stay at the Sofitel Angkor, right from our arrival we were greeted warmly by every member on the staff, the level of personalisation of service at a hotel this size is a first for me! The room was comfortable, the property is well maintained with a champagne bar, 2 restaurants, a pool bar and a spa. We had club access which gave us access to a lovely high tea, evening cocktails with canapes and breakfast. The food choices were well thought and had good variety. What really stood out was how attentive every member of the staff was. Every guest was given personalised care and attention by the lovely team. Every time we walked past the lobby we were greeted and recommendations were provided for things to do. The pool area was quite large and good to chill at, with the spa being next door, we had a very late spa request but it was made available by Mr. Som. A delightful experience, will definitely be coming back to Sofitel Angkor.

The serene lake filled with blooming lotus flowers creates a calming atmosphere, while the expansive swimming pool is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Angkor. Every corner of the property is thoughtfully designed to help you slow down and simply be present. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. They were consistently gracious, attentive, and caring, always offering their help with genuine smiles. Their kindness reflected the beautiful spirit of Cambodia. This was more than a luxury stay—it was an experience that nourished the soul. We leave with beautiful memories, a deep sense of gratitude, and an inner peace that will stay with us long after the journey ends. Thank you, Sofitel Angkor, for an unforgettable experience.
