This location is very good, just 10 mins to the night market.. And, the staff here were very helpful and nice. The room was clean and spacious.. Especially the breakfast, many different choices. Plus, there is a swimming pool, which is a must-go for swimmers..
I am so happy I booked this hotel - it definitely influenced my trip in a good way. I felt so welcomed from the very first moment. Amazing staff, speaking excellent English. So helpful, kind, highly professional, warm, showing the highest level of hospitality and care for the guest. That made my trip much more comfortable and memorable. The rooms are pretty, new, beautifully decorated and clean. So spacious , and the beds and pillows are amazing! I rested so well there! I also faced a small inconvenience which the hotel manager solved in a great way, that I am so grateful for. The location is great - close to the bus stop from the airport, 4 mins walking to a big supermarket, few minutes walking to the river and everything accessible by tuk tuks. They organize also tuk tuk driver for the temples and I strongly recommend the service. Regards to all the Team. I would definitely book again and be back!
I can highly recommend this hotel. The staff are all amazing, from the reception team always available to help, to the breakfast staff who always remember how I like my coffee, to the cleaners who do a fantastic job every day. The pool is a good size, with a shallow area for children and plenty of sunbeds to relax on. The breakfast menu has an option for everyone, both asian and western dishes and the portions are generous.
I would not stay anywhere else! Thank you to the whole staff team for looking after me so well!
I have traveled for the past 3 years all over the world from very high end resorts, to boutique hotels. This review is my based on the experiences I have had and are of course is my opinion.
First, I have to start with the communication before I arrived, it was welcoming and let me know they were looking forward to my arrival.
The outside of this hotel is decorated to make you feel at peace, and continues through the whole place.
The staff always have a smile on their face and greet you every time they see you by your name, that is such a small but personal touch of great service.
The pool is extremely clean and at the perfect temperature to cool off on these super hot days!
We received complimentary breakfast with out room and let me say well prepared and tastes exceptional.
The only reason I gave the room a 4 star is because it could use a little updating, and we like to watch tv and that never happened due to a tv issue.
With that being said if you are looking for a great place especially the food and staff and of course awesome location stay here!
I will say the room we got was spacious with a window and balcony that invites plenty of natural light in! The room itself and shower especially was spacious but the toilet room is pretty small. WiFi was decent but the Netflix in the tv didn’t work. Walkable to pub street, about 10 mins. Breakfast is à la carte as it’s a smaller hotel but the ladies there are very friendly and the food options are varied as you can choose a western or Asian style breakfast.
