Sea Breeze Resort is a hotel located on Otres beach street, Preah Sihanouk 18000, Cambodia, positioned opposite a stretch of beach. It offers a swimming pool, a restaurant/cafe on site, and rooms described by guests as clean and comfortable, some with a small balcony.
The property suits travellers looking to stay close to the beach and use the pool, restaurant and cafe as the centre of their stay, including families. Poolside sun beds are available, and the beach across the street offers a place to walk and watch locals enjoying the area. Seafood grilled near the resort can also be bought and eaten with a view.
Rooms are clean and well-equipped, with some guests noting they are small but comfortable. The restaurant/cafe serves food, coffee and cocktails, and breakfast is offered, though some guests wanted more western options at breakfast.
The resort sits on Otres beach street in Preah Sihanouk, Cambodia, directly across from a beach. Guests note the beach area allows walking and watching locals, and seafood is grilled and sold right in front of the resort. Location was described by one guest as good compared to the rest of Sihanoukville.

Great experiences staying here. This resort is right on the beach with clean rooms and big pool. Plenty of things to eat at the resort restaurant or next door restaurant. There are also seafoods freshly grilled right in front of the resort that you can buy and enjoy the views.

We had a great and enjoyable vacation! Safety of the place is always our primary concern so we choose to stay here in Otress area, and we're lucky to discover Sea Breeze Resort. Hoping to come back here again very soon! ❤️

Resort was just as advertised. Across the street from a beautiful stretch of beach. Rooms were clean and well-equipped. Pool was very clean and refreshing. Only comment that I would have is that the morning breakfast could have used just a few more western options.

We love this hotel! The location is perfect, right opposite the beach. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. If you want space there is a small balcony, lots of poolside sun beds, a cafe and of course the beach. The restaurant/ cafe has excellent food, coffee and cocktails. The staff are so friendly. The pool is clean and well maintained. It is called a resort and that is how we used it, ate and drank everything there! It is lovely to walk along the beach and see all the locals enjoying themselves. Lots of families stay here. It is very safe.

The rooms look great. I would still come to this place again next time, it's at a perfect location; close to the beach. However, there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom, I believe this is a one time thing and room service took care of that already. Mini bar is a LITTLE expensive, it came with nuts, cup noodles, water bottles, and in the fridge there were sodas and drinks. The bed is comfortable, neatly arranged. In my opinion, this resort or hotel I'd consider is the best looking among other options, and is closest to the beach. Considering parking spots, they can tend to be a little full as there's only about 8 spots or so, and I found myself trying to find parking spots after leaving in the afternoon to dine out.
