Rooms. : 8/10 Service. : 8/10 Location: 9/10 Price range 20$ to 50$ Availability: AC, Bathtub, TV connect by smart set-top box, Bed 1.8m x 2.0m, clothes, make up desk. But no fridge available. Location is abit far from pubstreet but you can walk just 20min to reach there, anyway this hotel is quiet and easy to stay. P.S. if you wanna booking, I suggest booking via telegram or phone call only. From my photo is Single bed price 20$/night.

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ I have not stayed here, this is a warning to anybody using Agoda to book under hotel name “Best Hotel in Siem Reap walk 3 minute to pubstreet”, the pictures used on the listing are clearly this hotel (Roger Boutique) and after reading similar reviews about being refused bookings from Agoda I contacted the hotel via Facebook to hopefully confirm my reservation. They replied pretty quickly confirming that they used to have Agoda but have not done for 2 years. The listing hasn’t however been taken down. They reckon they may have been “hacked”, who knows if that’s true but the listing is still there so they haven’t tried to fix it with Agoda. I found that the address on the listing is for a vast area of Siem Reap, if anybody has ever used Agoda then you’ll know their customer service is incredibly unhelpful. Be warned that this exists and it won’t be accommodated by the actual hotel.

I was very, dissatisfied with this hotel they give excuses instead of finding a solution to a problem there were ants in the hotel room. They gave a bad excuse for that. The room smelt like cigarettes and they gave a bad excuse for that. I asked for a refund for the rest of the nights that I booked and they they wouldn’t refund my money
