Bad location. Run down hotel. They do serve good food hee at a cheap price . Alcohol is also cheap

Sorry to say but this place offers all does not offer what they say. Wifi not available in the room, AC having a lot of trouble to cool down the room properly, food is « ok » and staff tries to please you but does not compensate. The location is really bad, far from the main core and the road are in dirt making the trip very dusty.

Stayed here for 10 days. The best way to describe this hotel is rustic. The rooms could do with a lick of paint. The bed was comfy, and we had a large balcony. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from town or a cheap Tuk Tuk ride. The staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. On the day we left our Tuk Tuk to the bus station didnt arrive, so the hotel owner took us in his car. Which was very much appreciated. The lady that cooks the meals here is an amazing cook. Her spring rolls are to die for, the best we've ever tasted. We ate here every night, and you get a discount. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I spent the night here in early 2022 to go out on the Mekong river kayaking with the endangered Irrawaddy dolphins. My room was clean, I wouldn’t go so far as to call it modern, but it was comfortable and had everything that I needed. Staff were very friendly and I struck up a couple hours long conversation with the security guard outside (in Khmer) when I couldn’t sleep. If you’re looking for a safe, budget-friendly hotel, I would pick this place.

Very large rooms with a balcony, couch, large bed, and private bathroom for $10 with a fan and $30 for aircon. Staff and owner were super friendly. Food at the in-house restaurant was decent as well with a varied menu. They had vegetarian options too.
