Everything was super clean and comfortable, and the owner was very kind and helpful as well. We rented a scooter for a great day out around Kampot, and they also helped us organise our bus to Vietnam, which made everything very easy. The location is very central, so it’s easy to find good food and explore the area. Despite being in the centre, it was very quiet during the night, so we had a really good sleep.

Beds and shower were fantastic. Great quiet location, easy walk to good restaurants and lots of thrift stores!. Owners were so kind, really loved their energy. Great value for money ☺️. The room did smell when we arrived. We burnt some incense and opened the door and it was sorted. So just a tip for management to air the rooms before guests arrive. Thank you.

My new favorite guest house. 5 min walk from downtown on very quiet street. No music from bars and almost no traffic noise. You can only hear birds. Surrounded by big trees that provides a natural shade on the balcony. The room was big and clean. Booked online and paid 12$ for a double room with air-conditioning. That is a bargain. There was no safe or fridge. The staff was very welcoming and happy. I will come back and can strongly recommend this place.

On a budget this is a good option. It was pretty clean, WIFI was good, water was provided and there was a TV, kettle and working AC but no fridge. The shower was hot with decent strength although the bathroom is small so shower water ends up going all over the toilet. There was also no toilet roll holder so we had to just take what we needed from the bedroom each time. Could’ve done with having bedside tables/units or even just little shelves. There were plugs either side of the bed but nowhere to put things. We were only provided one towel for two people so we had to ask for another one. If they had these little extras we would’ve stayed at least another night. The owners were quiet perhaps due to the language barrier, but nice. There was about an hour in the early evening where someone was singing very loud karaoke next door but thankfully this stopped before it got late. Overall we had a comfortable stay, the location is decent, a few minutes walk from the Durian roundabout, and it was good for the price ($15). Would recommend this place.

I stayed in three different accommodations in Kampot. I am a value proposition guy and this place is easily the best value proposition for a private room in Kampot. Great location, very clean and maintained rooms, hot shower, strong AC, bathroom slippers, kettle, etc. The price is paid was exceptionally low compared to other private rooms. Great location near the action but still quiet for a good night's sleep. Staff are very friendly! You won't find a better budget private room.
