Great value for money with very spacious and clean rooms. The Wi-Fi and front desk service could use some improvement. Checkout was a bit frustrating when staff couldn't locate a small towel and asked to inspect my bags. I had to return to the room myself to show them it was simply tangled in the bedsheets. Overall, though, it was a pleasant stay, and I would happily book this property again when visiting Kampot.

The room was very spacious and nice. Provided with water bottles and a water filter downstairs. Bathroom was good too. Location a 5-10 min walk from everything you need. Staff friendly too. Could have been a little cleaner. Found quite a few bugs in the room and hairs as well. Had to ask each day for more shampoo & bath gel. The bottles they provide are tiny and nowhere near enough you need for the day.

Prime location right by the roundabout and the night market. The staff were accommodating and I was thankfully able to check in early as soon as my sleeper bus arrived at 8am - presumably because of low season. The room and bathroom seemed very new - generally very clean though there seems to be lots of small flies or sometimes ants on the floor - wasn't a concern but did notice a couple.

I stayed in room 303, a superior king bed, for 13 nights and paid an average of $23 to $24 per night. Overall the room and furnishings were new and of good quality. The room was equipped with a big Android TV, fast WiFi, excellent A/C, a refrigerator and an electric kettle. It had separate warm and cool lighting settings, both of which were too bright for me. Fortunately, there was a third low light option which I used most of the time. The bathroom fixtures were of good quality and the shower controller was pretty interesting. The downside of this room was that it looked directly into the adjacent building at close range which meant there wasn't a lot of natural light. The four other rooms on the floor were end rooms with much better light and views. The reception staff were helpful and friendly.

Super disappointed with their service and accountability. The room was clean, but they gave us a room with a broken AC and didn’t even apologize or offer any discounts. The fact that there was a review right before our stay saying that the AC was broken means the hotel actually knew that their AC didn’t work but still managed to sell the room to us. We spent the entire night sleeping in sweats because they said the rooms were “FULL” and gave us the fan, which didn’t help at all with the 38-degree heat.
