The morning/daytime receptionist does an amazing job. He speaks good English and has always been helpful. In terms of cleanliness, there is a lot of room for improvement, though. There was a lot of dust on the window bar - it hasn't been vacuumed for ages. Dust also comes off the curtains when you pull them - they haven't been washed for ages either. And there was a lot of dust under/behind the table. The AC hasn't been serviced in a good while: it wasn't blowing strongly. I had to set it to 16 degrees and run it continuously. It's high time they had their ACs serviced. Good thing, though: there is a fridge in the room. As to the kettle, in both rooms 23 and 15, the lid doesn't hold (it falls off when you start pouring). He obviously spoke little English and wasn't understanding the problem. But he could at least have said: "I'm sorry, I don't understand you, let me come up to you an
