This hotel genuinely surprised me with how well-organized, thoughtful, and affordable it is.
What I really enjoyed was the overall ecosystem around the hotel. It’s not just about the room itself — there are plenty of high-quality restaurants, cafés, and premium services nearby, making the whole stay very convenient and enjoyable.
The rooms and hotel facilities are also well-balanced with the price. Nothing feels unnecessarily extravagant, but everything is comfortable, practical, and carefully maintained.
For me, the combination of good quality, great location, thoughtful design, and reasonable pricing makes this hotel a really interesting place to stay.
It’s definitely one of those places that gives you more value than you initially expect.
TRIBE Phnom Penh Post Office Square is a beautiful hotel with a perfect mix of modern design and traditional Cambodian touches. The interiors are stylish and thoughtfully done, giving the hotel a unique character. If you're lucky enough to get a room facing the right side, you'll be treated to lovely views of the Tonle Sap River and the Phnom Penh skyline.
The staff is one of the hotel's biggest strengths. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with any request. The hotel also accepts international credit cards, which is convenient for overseas travellers. The food is good, and the portion sizes are generous.
If you're planning to explore the local markets or nearby attractions, I'd recommend carrying US Dollars. Currency exchange options around the hotel are limited, and the exchange rates aren't very good. The hotel is also close to local markets and the Riverfront, making it easy to step out for a walk or some shopping.
My only complaint is the hotel WiFi. It is quite slow and disconnects frequently, which can be frustrating if you need a stable internet connection. Other than that, I had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel.
I had a wonderful stay at TRIBE Hotel. The overall experience was truly enjoyable from start to finish.
The hotel is incredibly stylish, with a modern design that feels both elegant and comfortable. What stood out to me the most were the thoughtful small details in the room — things like a dedicated bag for the hairdryer or iron. These little touches made the stay feel very well considered and elevated.
Breakfast was another highlight. There was a wide variety of options, all made with high-quality products, and everything was absolutely delicious.
Overall, a fantastic stay — I would definitely come back and highly recommend it.
Where do i start..... The moment you walk through the doors you'll be greeted with genuine smiles and warm hospitality at the reception, checking in was a breeze also the lifts are swift so no long waits even at check out rush hours.
Love how the room amenities are all about sustainability and signs to help you communicate with housekeeping on how you would like your clean your room. Definitely my preferred way when staying at TRIBE for 5 days. Service quality was top notch and consistent with all their staffs. Also if you're like me having supper is a must before bed, they even have a cantonese restaurant that serves piping hot meals till late.
24hr convenient store just across the road, breakfast spots around the corner, proper Italian and french bistro on the other corner what more could you ask for...... How about walking distance to three tourist spots like Wat Phnom, Riverside and the Night Market.
Overall, if you want a fuss free, safe and well taken care of holiday TRIBE is the Hotel to stay when visiting Phnom Penh thats for sure.
*Not paid, just a very satisfied customer.
If you want to rent a venue for your work event or any other events, this is the place to book. Their food and service is excellent.
Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay during your visit to Cambodia as well since they are located near one of our famous historical sites as well.
