The managers personally welcomed us on arrival and also took the time to farewell us when we checked out, which made us feel genuinely valued as guests.
After arriving late at night, the team went above and beyond by arranging food for us, despite the late hour. They also organised a spa appointment for us once we had settled into our room, without us even needing to ask. It was this level of attentiveness and initiative that truly set the hotel apart.
Every member of the team demonstrated genuine care, professionalism and a commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and their attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable.

The hotel itself is extremely pleasant, with a tasteful design that adds so much charm, relaxation, and its character.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the amazing staff. They were warm, welcoming, and unbelievably helpful with everything we needed, including booking all of our activities and tours in the area seamlessly.

Jaya House River Park exceeded expectations. We stayed in Room 301 from July 8th to 11th, a lovely, well-appointed suite — the concrete freestanding bathtub set against an open-air greenery wall was a standout detail, and it summed up the attention to detail throughout the property. Visiting in low season made for a peaceful, relaxing stay with fewer crowds. The complimentary laundry service was a real plus after 10 days in Cambodia. All staff were consistently friendly and genuinely helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. A really relaxing, well-run place to stay in Siem Reap. Highly recommend
Jaya House River Park delivered one of the finest hotel experiences we have ever had anywhere in the world.
We stayed for two nights in a Junior Suite to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and every detail of the stay was exceptional. From the warm and genuine welcome by Finn, to the incredible care from Ra at breakfast, the service felt personal, thoughtful, and effortless throughout. Nothing ever felt transactional — only sincere hospitality.
The room was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located by the quiet pool area. Every time we returned to the room it had been refreshed with incredible attention to detail. The hotel also went above and beyond accommodating my partner’s allergies by providing natural products and even placing ionizers in the room without us asking.
The birthday surprise with flowers, cake, and singing at breakfast was handled so beautifully and made my partner feel incredibly special. Our Angkor Wat tour arranged through the hotel was also outstanding, with Lee being one of the best guides we have ever had — professional, passionate, and deeply knowledgeable.
We travel frequently and have stayed in many luxury hotels across Europe, Asia, and the US, including well-known five-star brands, but the level of genuine care and attention at Jaya House is something truly unique.
Special thanks to Chris, Finn, Ra, Lee, Nak, and the wonderful bar staff.
We will absolutely be returning.
