Great Sky Bar with an amazing view of Phnom Penh at night. The atmosphere is quiet, comfortable, and perfect for catching up with friends. We came here to enjoy the city view and were not disappointed. Nice drinks, good service, and a beautiful setting. Definitely a place I would visit again.

Great place to be! Definitely one of my favourite bars in Phnom Penh. Nice chilled atmosphere, great drinks and a nice choice of food. Even I need to admit we did not eat there but all what I saw looked great Come and relax and enjoy the view.

This is one of the places I recommend visiting if you’re in Phnom Penh. It offers a wide view over the heart of the city, making it a great spot for the overall experience—especially when the weather is nice. On a clear day, you can really enjoy the atmosphere and scenery. The drinks are good, the service is solid, and the food is reasonably priced. While the food may not be memorable enough to make you order it again, it’s perfectly fine to enjoy alongside your drinks.

Our server Anna was truly incredible, she served us her favourite drink which was the best cocktail we’ve ever had and her kindness and professionalism were out of this world. Honestly a fantastic experience all around and the food was also insane- very dish was yummy!

All my love to the Cambodian people. What they went through is inimaginable. Visiting S21 should be a mandatory visit for everyone, and learn about the mistakes made in the past. Congratulations to everyone involved in making this museum possible. Audio guide was good and easy to follow.

Highly recommend using the audio guide. It cost additional $5 on top of $5 entrance fee but it is worth it. The audio guide provides details about the place, dedicatedly guides you through your journey, and tells you deep stories about S-21's prisoners. I can say that the audio guide greatly amplified my visit here. However, I feel like many cruel details were avoided being told because the museum doensn't want to expose its visitors to strong emotions

A solemn experience. A must visit if you're in Phnom Penh. We even met one of the four children who survived the prison camp. Words cannot really do justice to how you feel when you see what happened there.

Interesting insight into the genocide of the late 70's. Makes you think. Not going here would be like going to Krakow and not seeing Auchwitz. Also got to sit with one of only 2 survivors left alive (only 8 survived the prison that went in). Go see it for yourself if you are in Phnom Penh

Well the place is really nice, modern and cozy, beautiful cake presentation and many drink varieties. Price a bit too high for such quality of cake. Pretty much popular in Phnom Penh as not many other competitors in the same level.

Updated November 2025. Unfortunately despite being a nicely decorated coffee shop I didn't get a good experience. The cappuccino I ordered had no froth because the milk wasn't hit enough. They redid it but they served in a paper cup. No sugar available, only syrup. Very disappointing service for a cappuccino that they sell for $3.50. All the cupcakes are around $8 which is way overpriced, so we had some croissants. They were ok. Very nice bakery. The pastries really look beautiful and taste good. The service is very nice, the seating area nicely decorated with orange and brown tones. The pastries are served in small bronze plates with bronze tableware. Very nice atmosphere. They also have durian pastries. On the downside are the prices that are very high, and one could argue that the food is almost gourmet and also no hot tea served, so it's only coffee drinks. I went to buy some fruits. I decided to buy some orange jackfruit. I only wanted a few to try. I decided to ask for 5 pieces. At first they understood I wanted a whole jackfruit, then they understood I wanted a small jackfruit, only to later understand I only wanted a few pieces of it. They came with a small plastic container, when I said I only wanted 5 the owner was very upset. The stall owner next to her put 2 more pieces of jackfruit in, so, in the end I got 7. I didn't mind much. I was surprised she charged 8000 for a few pieces of jackfruit. I think it was overpriced but didn't want to haggle. I just wanted to pay and get out of there. She was very upset because I didn't buy more. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I tried buying some mandarins but the prices they asked were also sky high. Central Market truly has everything you could possibly need under one spectacular Art Deco roof. The prices are very affordable to begin with, though there is still room to negotiate. Whether you are looking for fresh produce, children’s toys, or even a bespoke outfit, you’ll find it here. You can even get a haircut and a manicure while you shop! ​The layout is expansive, and it is very easy to get turned around in the maze-like aisles. However, that is part of the charm, and the vendors are incredibly helpful. If you look lost, someone is usually quick to point you in the right direction. It’s a must-visit for the architecture alone, but the variety makes it a shopper’s paradise.

The Central Market is a covered market that immediately impresses with its grand central dome. Beneath the dome, you’ll find countless jewelry stalls, while the surrounding sections offer a wide variety of souvenirs, including clothing, decorative items, and much more. It’s a vibrant place full of colors, sounds, and local atmosphere. The ventilation could definitely be improved, as it can get quite warm inside. That said, it’s absolutely worth a visit — whether you’re shopping or simply soaking in the unique market experience.

Iconic tower the symbols freedom from the French. It sits very high, and makes for great photos. I went early am and it wasn’t crowded at all, empty photos! The whole thing is carved very well, and right in town.

The Independence Monument (Vimean Ekareach) is an iconic 20-meter tall reddish-brown sandstone tower located in the heart of Phnom Penh. Built in 1958, it commemorates Cambodia's independence from French colonial rule in 1953 and honors the country's fallen heroes. The tower is shaped like a blooming lotus bud, a symbol of purity and awakening in Khmer culture. Coolest roundabout I’ve seen.

It's a beautiful monument bathed in golden-colored light at night. There is a large city hall where visitors can have a full 360 degree view of the traffic, business shop houses, and skyscrapers. If you have evening time to kill and would like an outdoor atmosphere, this place is not bad.

Folks! This place is incredibly amazing. I stay in Novotel and this turned out perfectly after a long day traveling from Vietnam. I don’t choose the one in the hotel because I believe it will be more professional here. And yes! After years having massages around Vietnam, Indonesia… I believe I just had a best massage ever. I told to the one doing the massage for me: she is 6 out of 5 stars, 100 out of 10! She is number 14, ask for her!

**Bodia Spa, Phnom Penh — Herbal Compress Massage** Bodia Spa impresses from the moment you walk in, with stunning interior design spread across three floors. Private cabins accommodate solo visits or groups of up to three, each room complete with a shower and a choice of oils. The lobby is a great spot to browse bath, massage, and wellness products too. The herbal compress massage was pleasant, though nothing extraordinary — and for what's delivered, the pricing feels a little high. A beautiful space, but perhaps more style than substance.

Very attentive, kind and caring staff at reception. The massages are always excellent and they check you’re comfortable with the pressure and room during the massage. Always a truly amazing experience. I love the hot shower afterwards too with all the lovely Bodia products!

Fantastic experience from the beginning till the end. I booked an appointment for a massage the day before and I was welcomed with a nice tea and a feet cleaning. I was told there is currently a promotion of 20% on some massages during 10am to 4pm and since I was within the promotion time I decided to go for it. I had a 1-hour Bodia full body massage and my masseuse was really good. I had some tense muscles in my upper back and she worked on them really well. She found knots I didn’t know I had and I felt very relieved once I was done. At the end, I was given another glass of tea while I was waiting to pay and for my Tuktuk taxi. Amazing experience overall, and since I’m heading to Siem Reap next I’ll make sure I book another appointment there too☺️🙏
