Good to know
The hotel offers air-conditioned and basic budget rooms; guests report that AC rooms are better equipped. Staff speak English and can arrange same-day check-out discounts for short stays. Laundry service and food delivery are available on request.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provide a good service and the room was nice and comfortable for its price. Location wise was very convenient nearby local market and national stadium. Great variety of activities to do even has a laundry service and food delivery. Would highly recommend
Really lovely staff working here - very friendly!
The budget room itself is what you can expect for such a low price.
The room has a very basic bed and bathroom. For us it was just the bad smell in the bathroom that put us off but again, it’s budget.
Location is not so great I thought. Not terrible but not really in the part of two that we spent much time in
Good hotel if you are happy with a budget room for a budget price
Giving this place 5 stars for the service alone. I found them on Google Maps while looking for a cheap spot to drop my bags and run some errands before catching my next transport to Sihanoukville.
I talked to Pouthearith at the desk—he communicates very well in English, which made everything so much easier. I told him I’d only be there from 10am to 1pm, and to my surprise, he actually gave me a discount since I wasn't staying the whole day. It’s rare to find an establishment that treats guests with that much honesty and compassion.
By the way, the room was very clean, which is impressive since it was prepared so quickly for my short stay. My only small comment is that the water in the toilet was a bit weak, but everything else was great. I'm only speaking for the room I stayed in, but I'm pretty sure the other rooms are great too—you should definitely check it out. When I checked out, I tried to pay for a bottle of water from the fridge and he told me it was free—unlike other places that charge for everything. Really impressed with the hospitality here!
I've been to PP before but this trip was my last one for a while, I booked this room as the prices are fair and I wasn't expecting much for the price. But Wow! Incredible service, spacious rooms! Choose the AC rooms they are better equipped. Great location.
Guys, it’s better to pay a bit more and stay in a decent hotel. The sheets here are not fresh, the blanket doesn’t even have a proper cover, and the bedding was dirty. The place is old and unclean. The reception staff is very arrogant and doesn’t even try to understand the problem or explain how to properly lock their door. After a long journey and being very hungry, I was barely holding myself together. I didn’t want to waste time looking for another place, so I quickly booked this hotel for 5 nights and paid in advance. Unfortunately, I won’t get my money back, but I cannot stay here because I don’t feel safe.
When I asked the receptionist some questions, instead of helping me, he involved another aggressive guest and told me to ask him because “everything is fine here.” How would that person even know what I was asking about?
In the end, we had a serious argument. The staff allowed that man to yell at me and swear at me. I was in complete hysterics. This situation was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. Instead, they seem to provoke arguments. Overall, a very unpleasant and smelly place. I would not recommend staying here.
