We stayed here for 4 nights and became friends with the owner couple! We played board games like Catan and the owner was too good. Definitely coming back for revenge. The rooms were comfy and quite even though it’s in the middle of Siem Reap so it’s a super convenient location to stay. They even have a Japanese restaurant with amazing food. Highly recommend.

35 USD: no soap, no toothbrush, the room has a lot of poop inside. Very disappointed

I never leave bad reviews but wow was I shocked at the state of this place. I stayed one night in a single room for $27. The power kept going out every 10-15 minutes. As I was showering I showered in complete darkness. The air conditioner and lights kept going off in my room due to the power outage and it was 40 degrees Celsius. There is no attached bathroom/shower. There is one shower, one sink for the whole hotel and it is in a separate building (outdoor shack is more accurate). I thought maybe the electricity is just inconsistent in Cambodia but I have since stayed in 2 other hostels in siem reap for less than half the price with no issues. Please save your money and go elsewhere I honestly feel robbed... I've traveled all over southeast Asia and this is by far the worst place I ever stayed, and one of the most expensive

One of the best options for budget tourists. It was situated right in the heart of the city, only 5 minutes away from the CBD and the pub street. Friendly staff, a cozy Asian style garden, and authentic Japanese cuisine at the restaurant indeed. The room was clean enough for a guest house. Unfortunately, I must say that the water pressure was not strong enough and the wifi signal was weak sometimes. The latter one would happen anywhere in Cambodia if you stayed at guest houses or at 2–3 star hotels. The Blank is a Japanese guest house, and they are very welcoming to all nationalities. Try some of the unique activities with them to explore local Cambodian life styles, e.g., Local schools, Villages, lakes, and so on. Highly recommended for any future tourist to Siem Reap, Cambodia.

I had bad experiences on my first day in Cambodia, but we found this place with my friend. I saw once again the helpfulness of the Japanese people. They helped me in everything and I was able to sleep well. Thank you very much to Taichi and Koki ありがと
