Decent rooms. Had a non smoking floor but i also had a small balcony so im not complaining. The service was great especially when i dropped a beer in the elevator on my second night in the city. Its close to the airport and way cheaper than the airport adjasent hotels. Glad i spent time there.
We have been here twice since we wanted to have a place close to the airport. The first time (on arrival in Phnom Penh) our room smelled intensely like cigarettes so we asked for a non-smoker room for our last night before heading home. They were very nice about it and gave us one that smelled way less smoky.
The rooms look clean but upon closer inspection I found a toe nail next to the bed and chewing gum glued under the night stand lamp.
Most of the food they have in the snack bar in the room was alredy past expire date.
Somehow, we payed 80$ for the first night (we had an early reservation) but the daily rates provided on the screen on the reception suggested that we could have had a suite for that same money. Our second stay was less expensive.
Also, the rooms are not very well isolated from the sound in the hallway so you can hear almost anything that goes on in front of the door.
The personal was very nice and helpful.
We got reducted 5$ from our 20$ deposit for dropping a glas which was fair. We cleaned it up and left the shattered glas in the ashtray of our non-smoking room so the house keeping does not get hurt.
We will probably be looking for an alternative next time we are in the city.
