Cancellation

The cancellation terms are the hotel's own, not ours. They are printed on every hotel page above the rooms, and again on your confirmation email — read them before you confirm.

To cancel or change a stay, contact the hotel directly with your booking reference; their email and phone number are on your confirmation. Because your booking goes straight into their system, they can act on it immediately.

If you paid by card and the hotel agrees to a refund, it is issued to the card you paid with.
