Most guests here pay at reception on arrival. The room is held all the same, and no card is required to book.

Open Direct booking
In your dashboard, go to Direct booking → Heroes Hotels.

Switch the listing on
One toggle per property. Nothing else to fill in — your rooms and rates are already there.

You don't use Heroes PMS yet
The listing is not sold on its own: it reads its availability from the PMS, so the PMS is what has to be there first. It runs the whole property — planning, housekeeping, payments, staff — and the storefront comes with it.

What does it cost?
Nothing is taken from your rate. Heroes Hotels charges the traveller no booking fee and deducts no commission from the price you publish — you are already paying for Heroes PMS, and the listing is part of it.
Who receives the money?
Cash bookings are settled at your reception, in your currency — nothing passes through us. Card bookings are paid on our secure payment page and passed on to you; no commission is deducted either way.
Do I have to manage a second calendar?
No. Rooms, rates and availability are read live from your Heroes PMS. A reservation made here lands in the same planning as the rest — there is no inbox to watch and no double booking to fear.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. The listing is a switch in your dashboard. Turn it off and your hotel leaves the storefront on the next sync; reservations already confirmed stay in your planning.
My hotel is already listed but not bookable. Why?
Because it comes from our public directory, built from open sources so travellers searching a Cambodian city find every hotel in it — not only ours. Those pages carry no price and no availability: only an enquiry form. Claim yours and it becomes bookable.
Who writes the reviews?
Only guests who actually stayed. A review can exist solely for a reservation made here whose stay has ended, and the guest writes it themselves from a single-use link. Nothing on this site generates review text.
