Booking a hotel in Preah Vihear

How do I book a hotel in Preah Vihear?

Enter your dates at the top of the page and you will see the rooms that are genuinely free on those nights, at the rate the hotel is selling them for today. Pick one, give your name, e-mail and phone, and confirm — no account to create. The reservation lands directly in the hotel's own booking system, so it is held the moment you confirm: there is no intermediary, and no waiting for a hotel to accept or decline. Your confirmation e-mail arrives within a couple of minutes with the booking reference, the address and the reception's phone number, and the hotel can reply to it directly if you need anything before you arrive.

Can I pay cash on arrival in Preah Vihear?

Yes. Every hotel bookable here takes cash at the desk, and paying online by card is offered as well — you choose at the last step. If you pick cash, nothing at all is taken from you when you book: no deposit, no card number, no pre-authorisation. You simply settle the full amount at reception when you check in, in dollars or riel. If you prefer to arrive with everything already paid, the card option charges you once, at the hotel's own rate, and your confirmation then shows the stay as settled.

Is there a booking fee?

No. The price you see is the hotel's own price, and it is the price you pay: Heroes Hotels adds no booking fee, no service charge and no "resort fee" at the end, and takes no commission out of what the hotel receives. That is the whole point of booking here rather than through a large travel site, which typically keeps 15 to 20% of the room rate — money the hotel would rather put into your stay. The only amounts that can ever appear on top are taxes the property is legally required to collect, and those are shown before you confirm, never after.
