Dialogue is a cafe on Street 27 in Siem Reap with both indoor and rooftop seating. The menu mixes western and Asian cuisines, anchored by a strong coffee program. Visitors report the espresso and lattes are among the best in town. The kitchen turns out standout dishes like fried rice and tenderloins, though some guests found other items unremarkable. Breakfast options include variations on eggs — one visitor had English muffin with poached eggs, hollandaise and bacon — though the cafe does not offer a full traditional English breakfast.
Staff are consistently praised as helpful and friendly, though there is a notable caveat. One guest mentioned that despite requesting it multiple times, their dishes arrived with bean sprouts despite a stated allergy, which raised concern for anyone with dietary restrictions or allergies. The kitchen's attention to special requests appears inconsistent. On the upside, visitors note the carbonara is rich and satisfying if you enjoy heavy sauces, though it may not suit lighter preferences.
The rooftop setting is described as chill and atmospheric, with indoor seating available too. Dialogue opens daily at 7 AM and stays open until midnight (closed Sundays), making it accessible for breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch or evening visits. Happy hour pricing makes it affordable. The location sits walking distance from Pub Street, though the daytime frontage can be hard to spot from the street — it sits on the corner of Street 26 and Wat Bo Road. This works well for anyone after reliable coffee and a casual meal, though diners with food allergies should verify orders carefully with staff.

Asked Google to recommend a place with an English breakfast. It recommended here. Although they don't have a traditional English breakfast, their menu is outstanding. I had English muffin with poached eggs, hollandaise and bacon. It was delicious as was the hot latte. It's a stunning place. Staff are excellent too. Definitely worth a visit.

This cafe has a lovely mix of cuisines (western, Asian) with a wide range of coffees. The staff were all lovely as well, very helpful with our questions and in recommendations.
I recommend the iced latte with 70% sweetness and the carbonara. The carbonara is a bit thick if you didn't like heavy sauces.

I went to Dialogue for coffee, and didn't eat, but I'm giving them the default 5 for food. Also, I added photos of the exterior because if you look at some of the pics on Google maps, you'll have no idea where it is in the daytime! Despite what the address says, Dialog is right on the corner of 26 and Wat Bo Road. I had the espresso, it was very good.

Dialogue Coffee has great coffee — really one of the best in town! The fried rice was amazing, probably the best I’ve ever had. However, the rest of the food was quite average.
One downside was the communication with the kitchen. I mentioned several times (four, to be exact) that I’m allergic to bean sprouts, but two of my dishes still came full of them. It was quite frustrating and a bit concerning for anyone with allergies.
Overall, nice place for coffee and a quick meal, but the staff really need to pay closer attention to special requests.
