Hotels near HighGround Sky Bar TK

Perched above the TK area of Phnom Penh, this rooftop bar draws visitors up for its open-air view over the city rather than for any elaborate décor. Alongside cocktails, the menu runs to pizza and Korean fried chicken, and the space includes lighting set up specifically for photos, letting guests move to a spot with coloured light when they want a picture. It functions as a straightforward evening bar and casual dining stop combined, open nightly into the small hours.

Guests are consistently positive about the cocktails and the food, with the pizza and the Korean fried chicken singled out more than once, and staff are described as friendly and attentive to questions. The view is the recurring draw, with several reviewers noting it as one of the few sky bars in this particular part of the city. That said, the praise is not unanimous on details: one visitor found the drinks measured smaller than expected because of oversized ice cubes, and another pointed out that the glass perimeter around the seating area looked worn and cloudy, taking away from the overall look of the place.

Evenings are the only option, since the bar opens at 5pm and runs to 2am daily. It suits travellers after a relaxed rooftop setting for drinks and a light meal rather than a polished or exclusive lounge experience, and the photo lighting setup is worth knowing about in advance if that matters to you. Given the mixed notes on presentation, it is a better fit for those prioritising the view, the food, and the service over flawless finish.
