Hotels near TOP-X

TOP-X is a bar on Road 3 in central Battambang that draws a regular crowd of locals and visiting friends. The space is compact, with seating that visitors describe as a little narrow, but it operates as a proper venue with live music, a range of drink options, and a food menu featuring appetisers and other dishes. The bar opens at 6 PM each evening and stays open until 2 AM.

Visitors consistently praise the prices, which several note are cheap, and the quality of food. The live music and overall atmosphere appeal to groups, and staff are described as friendly. The main caveat is volume—the music is loud enough that conversation becomes difficult, a feature some enjoy but which can isolate solo drinkers, particularly those without shared language with other patrons. One visitor mentioned receiving a different order than requested, though noted the service made up for it. The crowd is predominantly local.

This is a social bar best suited to groups of friends rather than solo travellers seeking conversation. If you're in Battambang with others and want reasonably priced drinks and food in a lively local atmosphere, it's worth the visit. Expect it to be busy, loud, and oriented toward people who know each other. It opens every day from 6 PM, making it a reliable evening option throughout the week.
