Hotels near Rx'd Cafe and Restaurant

A small café and restaurant on Street 507 in Battambang, set next to a gym, with an emphasis on healthy, homemade cooking. The menu runs to stir fries, sandwiches, salads and gnocchi, alongside a drinks list heavy on smoothies, protein shakes and milk teas made with fresh or oat milk. It's a compact, casual space with a peaceful feel, and a couple of resident dogs that guests mention fondly.

Reviews are consistently warm and repeat visits come up often, with several guests saying they returned more than once during their stay in Battambang. People praise the flavour and freshness of the food, calling it healthy without being dull, and single out the gnocchi, sandwiches, salads and the generously sized smoothies. The homemade peanut butter sauce gets a specific mention. Service is a recurring highlight too, with the owners and staff described as friendly and genuinely welcoming, taking time to chat with customers. No real complaints surface in the reviews, beyond the drinks menu being limited to fresh and oat milk for those wanting other options.

It's open daily except Sunday, from 8am to 6pm on weekdays and a slightly shorter 9am to 5pm on Saturday, so it suits a breakfast, lunch or early dinner stop rather than a late-night meal. Prices are described as reasonable, and the relaxed, homely atmosphere makes it a good fit for travellers wanting a break from heavier Khmer fare or a healthier option while exploring Battambang. Worth building into a day's itinerary rather than a last-minute stop, given the limited hours.
