We stayed here for only one night during our stop in the capital. Before arriving, we had already read some reviews and knew that the owner could be a bit strict or particular, to put it politely. However, we personally didn’t have any direct issue in that regard. We met the person we assume was his wife, and she was very kind to us. She allowed us to use the kitchen to prepare coffee, around check-out time, which we really appreciated. We chose this place because it looked nice and, above all, because we were looking for a good internet connection. Unfortunately, during the night we stayed there, the Wi-Fi didn’t work well. The signal was weak on both available networks, and in the end I had to use my roaming. We had already seen that another person had complained about this on Google Maps, although on Booking the connection was rated as good. Another aspect that could be improved is the lighting. The room was quite dark. There are lights, but they don’t illuminate much. Luckily, the room had a window, so during the day there was some natural light. Considering the price, around €14 per night, we felt that what was offered was a bit limited compared to other places where we have stayed in 6 months in Asia. That said, the most important positive point is that the room seemed clean.
