Modern, clean, and in a great busy location. The staff were excellent—very friendly and helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side. Had an issue with a noisy, smoking neighbor one night; the front desk handled it after I followed up. The 12th-floor skybar offers great views but was quiet. The attached restaurant's food was okay. Solid new hotel with a few typical new-hotel kinks to iron out.

It's very cost-effective. The room is so clean, modern and comfortable and have good view also. They have a pool with beautiful view on the top floor and enough space of parking lot.

I have been here for over 30 days. Location is suitable for me. But it is a low service hotel. You asked an Iron and tell them that you are in rush time, and will choose another solution if they cannot serve fast. They said oke and I wait for 40'. When I go to lobby, there are 3 staffs there and no one take action for an easy task that they committed. Second is about attitude. When I come for asking change small money, because the delivery man cannot change. The women staff said very clear: "I dont have", simple and that's it. Third is about breakfast. It is low dining experience. Not about foodlist but serving food for customer.

This is a hotel that is new, clean and well built. Rooms are spacious, air-conditioned and very modern-looking. Service level is really good with staff being knowledgeable, good with English and have a strong service-orientation. Upon checking in, our room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The hotel staff didn't hesitate to give us a different room. The restaurant's executive chef has a wide array of tasty dishes, and breakfast standard is relatively high. The gym, pool and poolside bar are all great treats at the end of the day! Can give it a full recommendation!

Last month, I stayed 3 nights here. On one of the days I left one of my handphone in the gym without knowing it. I went for my breakfast in the cafe and then to my room when I realised that the handphone is not with me. I went back to the cafe to check but it wasn't there. Fortunately, one of the waitress who found my phone in the gym came to return it to me. She was attending to my request as I was about to start my exercise. I am impressed by her honesty and integrity and ,of course, very thankful to have my handphone back. The service staff, especially at the coffee house, are attentive and cheerful. Since then, I have gone back again to stay at the hotel.
