Overall, this hotel offers beautiful architecture, lush greenery, and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were warm, kind, and responded promptly when I found a small, injured mouse beside my bed one evening. They removed it immediately, offered me a new room, and explained that it had likely come from the ceiling. The next morning, they agreed to waive the cost of my breakfast, but then asked me to delete the photos I had taken of the mouse, which I found dissapointing. Overall, I enjoyed many aspects of the hotel, but I believe the pest control could be improved.
We had a great stayed at Tanei Angkor Resort & Spa in Siem Reap and overall it was a really pleasant experience. The place is quiet and well kept, and it feels like a peaceful resort. Our room was clean and comfortable, and it was a nice place to rest after temple days. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and they made us feel welcome from check-in. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool as well. The location is convenient for getting around Siem Reap and temple. 🤩
Traveling with parents is a different kind of travel experience. But this hotel smoothed out all the rough edges. Mom loved the cleanliness, Dad loved the quiet. I loved the stable Wi-Fi and the decent shower. Everyone was happy. Thanks for not giving my parents a reason to complain.
I stayed here for one month and it was truly an amazing experience. Everything was perfect, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
From the moment I made my reservation and arrived at the airport, the staff were always incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Every question or small problem I had was answered quickly and professionally, always with a warm smile.
What makes this place really special is the atmosphere. The kindness of the staff creates a real feeling of family. When you are far from your home country, this kind of warmth means a lot.
The hotel is slightly outside the busy city center, but still within easy walking distance. Walking to the center also allowed me to experience the local neighborhood, not only the tourist areas, which I really enjoyed.
The courtyard and pool area are peaceful and relaxing, and the entire hotel has a calm and beautiful atmosphere. Everything is very clean and well maintained.
All the staff made me feel like I was part of a family. I’m honestly leaving this place with emotion and will always remember my time here.

Let’s start with the beautiful resort, located close to Pub Street and all the local shops and markets. For those that like a bit of peace and quiet, this is a great place for you.
Relax by the pool, have your favourite drink, and if you need anything, the amazing staff go above and beyond to make sure they help you.
We had an amazing breakfast every morning, with the friendly staff cooking the best omelettes and local soups, as well as an amazing buffet with a great variety of foods, including local fruits.
One thing I want to say is that the staff of this place are amazing. They always take such great care, and they are all so friendly. We will be back, and as always, I will recommend Tanei to everyone that we know.
Another special thing I liked was that every morning the owner would work in the gardens and around the resort, with his wife by his side. It’s so nice seeing how much he cares about his resort and how he wants to keep it clean and enjoyable for everyone to experience.
