The sun loungers are comfortable, towels are provided, and the bar is open. We swam at 10:00 PM, when the stars were already visible. The room was nice, but the plumbing was a bit of a letdown: the toilet didn't flush properly, so we had to call a plumber, who didn't arrive for an hour. They apologized with a bottle of champagne, though. Peace.

An excellent experience overall. The room was excellent and they upgraded us to a larger room. The food was excellent and they took care of us without being annoying. Totally recommended.

Sokha Beach Resort’s Chinese restaurant serves fairly classic Chinese seafood fare, but the lobster noodles are the kind of dish that immediately takes over the table the moment they arrive. Presented with the lobster shell standing upright and the noodles spread beneath generous chunks of lobster meat, it felt less like a normal dinner plate and more like a signature statement piece designed for celebration dinners and family gatherings. The noodles themselves absorbed all the sweetness of the lobster juices and sauce, giving every bite that rich seafood flavour without becoming too heavy. What made the dish memorable was the balance between theatre and comfort. The presentation was dramatic, but underneath it was still an incredibly satisfying plate of Chinese-style lobster noodles done properly — springy noodles, sweet lobster meat and a silky savoury sauce tying everything together. Even with a full table of dishes around it, the lobster noodles naturally became the centrepiece of the meal and the one thing everyone remembered afterwards.

I'll post this and carry on with my life, but excuse me private beach.... Under Cambodian Land Law and coastal regulations, beaches are state public land, and access cannot be restricted, including within the 50m coastal zone. The staff of this hotel has no right to stop visitors from being in the shoreline.

Good breakfast, but 40usd for adfitional bed/breakfast too much as accomodated in same room. Facilities were good. Gym a little bit far away but equipped very good. The only only issue i was not happy was beach cleaning. On 4 consecutive days the place around the sunbeds remain unclean. Foznd old cigarette butts, plastic and tissues. From a 5 star resort i did expect cleaning in ALL areas. Overall good value for the money. If we visit sihanoukville again, we would book here again!
