We had such a wonderful stay here. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by beautiful nature and fresh air. The pathway lights at night were stunning and created such a cozy and romantic feeling.
We came as a group of friends with two couples, and everyone really enjoyed the experience. The location was great, the value for money was worth it, and the amenities were good as well.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was the perfect place to relax, spend quality time together, and enjoy the peaceful environment.

Overall, there have been significant improvements in the room quality, view, and overall guest experience. The front office staff are very welcoming, and the restaurant team also provides warm greetings. However, the level of friendliness is not yet consistent among all team members. My recommendation is that restaurant staff consistently wear their smile and maintain a warm, welcoming attitude throughout their service. 😊
The views were breathtaking of course very fresh and beautiful. The evening food from restaurant were yum and very affordable and convenient since it offered room service as a pregnant woman like me who are exhausted from just waking toward the toilet this was very nice. However, I saw in the pic that there was bathtub that why I booked that room, reality no all of the room near me have, except mine. Then I saw the sign no Speaker or loud music, then I heard people sing karaoke it sounds very disturbing, then the loud speaker playing song as they were in the club, I complain to the staffs, but nothing change until 11pm. Imagine being up to the mountains just to relax and listen to the calming wind then since 5pm all I heard was music not from a room but so many rooms that playing. The bedsheet and the pillow doesn't looks clean to me, I got rashes. To pay 100+ to experience this kind, I don't think it worth my penny tho, sorry to say that.

A perfect escape from the city heat. Even during the hot season, Kirirom offered cool weather especially in the morning around 21°C.
The Family Suite (Mountain View) is spacious and ideal for families or small groups. I loved the peaceful atmosphere, especially with no loud speakers allowed.
Barbecue is available (bring your own food and drinks with a fee, and grills can be rented), which makes the stay more enjoyable. Mornings are magical with sunrise, fog, and fresh mountain air.

I truly enjoyed our stay at Romhaey Kirirom Resort By EHM. The Family Hotel Bus was such a creative and cozy concept, and everything was well prepared for a comfortable stay. The fresh air, beautiful scenery, and calm atmosphere made it very special. The team was warm and welcoming, which made our trip even more memorable. I would love to come back again!
