My husband and I stayed in this glorious hotel in Siem reap last week.It was a wonderful experience. It was a colonial building situated in the heart of Siem reap close to the king’s palace. From the time we arrived till our departure we were greeted with warmth, smiles, respect that made us feel welcome and part of the family. The staff were simply wonderful. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The breakfast incredible- western and asian including khmer
cuisine alike. The massage at the spa was marvellous. The swimming pool was huge and refreshing as well as the pool side bar with happy hour. They was a full equiped gym with sauna and a spa pool too. We enjoyed our short visit and will definitely return.
We organised an international modern jive dance championships for 130 international guests at the Prince Angkor hotel in May 2026.
Throughout the preparation (1.5 years in the planning) and during the event (5 nights long), the Prince Angkor Team were absolutely amazing. The staff (including manager Chhun, big boss lady Teng, front of house Say, Saban, restaurant manager David, the ever smiling sound technician and many other lovely team members) went above and beyond to ensure all our guests were happy. No request we had was too big or small, and not only did the team make it happen, they did it all with warmth and care from start to finish. We were literally blown away by the Prince Angkor staff - a huge thank you to you all for making our event a big success!
The hotel itself was a great choice for our event due to its central location, giant swimming pool and peaceful oasis vibes. The slightly dated decor and dark wood furniture didn't bother us because the staff brought it all to life. My colleague said the massage at the hotel spa was one of the best she had ever had. I was pleasantly surprised by the well equipped gym which I enjoyed using multiple times . The outdoor setting of the bbq buffet by the pool for our Saturday night group dinner was fantastic and the quality, presentation and variety exceeded expectations.
All in all, we and our dancers, who were mostly from UK, NZ, Aus and other locations in Asia, had a fantastic time and we were so grateful to have be
We stayed here for a dance competition/holiday. The hotel were absolutely incredible. All the staff were attentive, welcoming and nothing was ever too much trouble.
It might be a 3 star hotel, but the staff genuinely make it feel like a 5 star!
Food was incredible, especially the buffet we had one evening.
Massages are lovely and relaxing.
This hotel is beautiful and perfectly located near the city center. It's very convenient as there is a large supermarket right across the street.
The staff were incredibly friendly and gentle, and the swimming pool is stunning—we felt so relaxed during our stay. The breakfast was also quite good.
A special thanks to the manager: we accidentally lost our room key, and he was very helpful and willing to resolve the issue for us quickly. We are very grateful for the excellent service and highly recommend this place!"
This hotel is great!
We were there for a dance competition & party & we took up most of the hotel. We stayed in one of their Champei rooms, which was lovely.
The ballroom is fantastic & the staff even added extra air conditioning for us. The location is central, close to supermarkets, malls, restaurants, massages, pub street & the river.
The pool is a good temperature, the decor tasteful & the breakfast buffet is decent, if not amazing & the staff are very friendly & helpful.
Prices are definitely fair.
