This is such an incredible and beautiful hidden gem in Siem Reap. We stayed for 5 night with our two kids aged 9 and 11. When we arrived, late at night exhausted from travelling we were given such a warm welcome. The team at reception go above and beyond, helping to plan sightseeing and arranging transport etc. Mey is the owner and she is always available for questions and is so friendly.
The concept of the lodge is to give visitors a feeling of a Cambodian village community. It is a perfect, peaceful setting with a friendly atmosphere.
Stunning gardens and lovely rooms.
I would highly recommend!

This place is pure magic! I stayed here with my husband and my immediate family for our adventures in Siem Reap for my 30th birthday. We could not have picked a better place if we tried. Phum Khmer Lodge is homey, traditional, and relaxing. The rooms are beautiful and well-equipped, the food is good and the grounds are immaculate. You really get the feel of being in a traditional Khmer village. But above all else, the staff truly makes this place special. The owner is a wonderful woman who was always available to chat with and tell the story of the property. She was so incredibly kind and thoughtful and makes sure the guests feel like family. The rest of the staff works so hard and really made this birthday the most special one yet. Anything we could have asked for, I know they would have provided. I can't say enough good things about the staff here. Thank you for making us all feel right at home. At one point, the entire property staff came out with a birthday cake to sing to me and I was so touched. I've never had an experience at a stay quite like this one, where it went so far beyond just a "hotel" and became something truly memorable. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
A garden of Eden in SR. This accommodation was my favorite part of my entire vacation and might have even been my favorite over all the temples! Mae has truly created something special here and at such a young age. Her eye for design and detail is impeccable. Most of the staff are in high school or college pursuing higher degrees. She’s giving a lot of these young girls a job to further their dreams and the service was excellent from everyone. I toured most of the khmer villas and fell in love with all of them. There’s so much history with these buildings and they are loved. You can also buy most things in your room including the robes and blankets, all handmade by local women. She sources most of her items from the Color Silk store, so please check out their stores and workshop!
I will definitely come back to stay here! Enjoyed every minute and was so sad to leave! Until next time!
The two nights at this hotel were superb! The staff's kindness, the lush vegetation, the swimming pool, and the traditional architecture are all truly delightful and allow you to fully unwind after visiting the temples of Angkor or exploring the city. A very enjoyable stay!
If you are traveling to Siem Reap, this is the place to stay. My family and I spent four nights here and loved every part of it. The rooms and villas are absolutely beautiful - a perfect mix of modern and traditional with dreamy mosquito netting and Cambodian textiles, all surrounded by lush tropical greenery. The pool is stunning and the restaurant had some of the best food I've had the whole trip. The spa experiences were also incredible - we had a massage every single day (my favourite was the compress).
What makes this place really special is the staff - they are all sincere, attentive and just so sweet. If you are looking for a place to unwind in the middle of a busy adventure across Southeast Asia, a romantic getaway or a quiet retreat, this is the place to be. We will be back.
