The breakfast had a great selection, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The customer service was outstanding as well. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. 🇨🇭🇹🇼

Outstanding service, beautiful rooms, and an extensive and delicious selection that of cuisines with enough variety for vegetarians. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed the complementary coconut water and shoulder massages on arrival. I would highly recommend this hotel! The pools were lovely and there was a nice gym in the spa area as well, but we opted for massages instead.

Thank you to the Park Hyatt team for a wonderful 'Le Petit Chef' dinner experience! It was an incredibly fun evening for the whole family. This dining experience is perfect for all ages—it is just as enjoyable for a group of adults as it is for young children. The food was fantastic, and the staff did an amazing job staying in character throughout the night. I would definitely recommend this special dinner event!

I highly recommend this hotel! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere and a lovely, well-maintained space that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options. The saltwater swimming pool was fantastic, especially for families with children. The hotel also offers fun activities for kids, such as making lotus flower crafts and creating different figures, which our children really enjoyed. The staff provided outstanding service and were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the coffee was excellent. This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

This was arguably the best hotel I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. The decor is lovely, especially the deep pink velvet furniture. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The spa was fantastic. Request Khum or Sen if you visit and definitely try the Khmer massage. All the staff were terrific including Nan, Nuch and Lyfong who was a huge help shipping a package for me. I loved Cambodia but would go back just to stay at the Hyatt again!

Relax Spa

Spa & wellness 32 m 1 min walk 4.9/5 on Google

Relax Spa is 32 m north-east of Park Hyatt Siem Reap — about 1 minutes on foot. It is the closest place to the hotel under “spa & wellness”.

The next two places under “spa & wellness” from Park Hyatt Siem Reap are The Spa Siem Reap (490 m) and The Secret Eden Spa (997 m), so there is a choice within a few minutes.

Relax Spa sits right next to the Park Hyatt in central Siem Reap, offering massage and body treatments in private rooms. Visitors mention a welcome of tea on arrival, a cold towel and refreshment before treatments, and a hot beverage plus fresh mango afterward. Massage oils come in a choice of scents, including lemongrass, and the facility itself is described as clean, spacious and well air-conditioned. Options mentioned by guests include shoulder, back, neck and head massages, foot massages, full body massages, and couples sessions.

Reviews are consistently positive and repeatedly note steady, well-judged pressure from therapists held for the full duration, friendly and professional staff, and a calm, comfortable atmosphere that some guests connect to Khmer and Buddhist sensibilities. Several reviewers highlight promotional discounts, including a 50% off deal that made longer sessions, such as a two-hour massage, feel like good value. A couple of guests mention personal touches, such as staff arranging a small birthday surprise. No significant complaints appear across the reviews, though the frequent mention of time-limited promotions suggests standard rates may differ from what some visitors paid.

The spa is open daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, making it workable for an evening treatment after a day at the temples or a pre-dinner stop given its Central Park location. Given its popularity and the mentions of discounted packages, it is worth asking about current promotions when booking, and reserving ahead if you want a specific time slot or a couples room. It suits travellers wanting a straightforward, comfortable massage experience in a convenient, easy-to-find location rather than a resort-style wellness retreat.

Cafés & bakeries 309 m 4 min walk 4.7/5 on Google

The Little Red Fox Espresso Cafe is 309 m south-east of Park Hyatt Siem Reap — about 4 minutes on foot. It is the closest place to the hotel under “cafés & bakeries”.

The next two places under “cafés & bakeries” from Park Hyatt Siem Reap are The muffin man, Siem Reap (717 m) and Dialogue (721 m), so there is a choice within a few minutes.

The Little Red Fox Espresso Cafe is a small coffee shop on Hup Guan Street in Siem Reap, located upstairs in a building that's easy to miss from street level. The space includes a terrace with local artwork and plenty of seating, both indoors with air conditioning and outside. The menu centres on coffee drinks, bagels, pancakes, and baked goods, with several vegan and vegetarian options available. The cafe operates daily except Wednesdays, opening at 7 am.

Visitors consistently praise the quality of the coffee, particularly the lattes, flat whites, and cold brew, alongside fresh pastries and breakfast items like Nordic-style bagels and peanut butter pancakes with cashews and maple syrup. The staff are described as friendly and attentive, and the environment is noted as clean and well-maintained. Most reviews highlight the good value for money and mention that locals frequent the place alongside tourists. One visitor noted the vegan brownie and cookie as standouts. The main caveat is closing time: several guests have found the cafe closing before its stated 5 pm finish, so arriving earlier in the afternoon is advisable if you want an unhurried visit.

The cafe suits anyone seeking proper espresso drinks and Western-style breakfast food in Siem Reap, particularly those with vegetarian or vegan requirements. It works well for a leisurely morning or early afternoon, with free WiFi and staff who don't rush guests. Note that it closes on Wednesdays and, despite opening at 7 am, may close somewhat earlier than the published hours suggest.

Bars 345 m 4 min walk 4.7/5 on Google

ASANA OLD WOODEN HOUSE Cocktail Bar is 345 m south of Park Hyatt Siem Reap — about 4 minutes on foot. It is the closest place to the hotel under “bars”.

The next two places under “bars” from Park Hyatt Siem Reap are Barcode Bar Siem Reap (471 m) and Ambar Cocktails & Karaoke Bar (500 m), so there is a choice within a few minutes.

ASANA OLD WOODEN HOUSE Cocktail Bar sits in a converted wooden house set within a small garden compound, styled to evoke a floating village dwelling. The bar is compact and intimate, with the counter as a focal point where bartenders prepare drinks. The venue operates its own gin distillery on-site, and the menu spans creative cocktails featuring Khmer influences alongside classic preparations. Free peanuts arrive as a side offering.

Visitors consistently praise the atmosphere, describing it as an oasis and a step back in time compared to the surrounding area. The cocktails draw specific mention — guests highlight the tamarind drink (described by staff as inspired by khmer somlor majou) and the house gin as worth trying, and note that non-alcoholic options are available. Staff performance across the board registers as attentive and knowledgeable, with multiple reviews noting the bartenders' skill and friendliness. The main reservation visitors raise is pricing, which runs higher than nearby establishments on Pub Street, though most feel the distinctive setting and quality justify the cost. The space accommodates solo diners without pressure to leave.

The bar opens from 4 PM to midnight daily (Sunday hours are not listed). It suits visitors seeking a quieter, more curated drinking experience over the higher-energy bar street scene. The location is in Mondul 1 Village on Street 07, accessible as an evening destination when exploring Siem Reap's accommodation area. Arrive early if you prefer less crowded conditions, as the compact size means it fills quickly.

Made in Cambodia Market

Sights 358 m 4 min walk 4.4/5 on Google

Made in Cambodia Market is 358 m north-east of Park Hyatt Siem Reap — about 4 minutes on foot. It is the closest place to the hotel under “sights”.

The next two places under “sights” from Park Hyatt Siem Reap are Pub Street (422 m) and Old Market Bridge (613 m), so there is a choice within a few minutes.

Made in Cambodia Market is a curated marketplace on Oum Khun Street selling locally made handicrafts, jewelry, and silk scarves alongside street food stalls. It differs from Siem Reap's larger tourist markets by operating at a smaller scale with a focus on artisan-made goods: handcrafted jewelry, brass and copper items, textiles, handbags, and artwork. The market also stocks local alcohol options. Benches near the entrance provide a place to rest between browsing.

Visitors consistently praise the atmosphere and product quality. The market is calm, well-organized, and notably clean compared to busier markets. Shopkeeping styles differ markedly from high-pressure sales tactics found elsewhere; staff are described as friendly and non-pushy, allowing browsing at leisure. The goods carry higher prices than mass-produced souvenirs, reflecting their handmade nature and quality. Repeat visitors mention specific stallholders like jewelry maker Say Sieng. The main reservation from reviews is cost: this is not the place for budget shopping, though visitors who prioritize quality over price consistently say it justifies the expense.

The market opens daily from noon to 9 PM. It suits travellers looking for distinctive, genuinely Cambodian souvenirs rather than generic tourist stock, and those who prefer a relaxed shopping environment without crowds or negotiation pressure. Allow an hour to browse comfortably. If you're staying in central Siem Reap and want to support local artisans while shopping in a pleasant setting, it's worth the visit; if your priority is finding bargains, look elsewhere.

Restaurants 418 m 5 min walk 4.9/5 on Google

Mesa - Restaurant is 418 m south of Park Hyatt Siem Reap — about 5 minutes on foot. It is the closest place to the hotel under “restaurants”.

The next two places under “restaurants” from Park Hyatt Siem Reap are Graines de Piaf (467 m) and Wild (771 m), so there is a choice within a few minutes.

Mesa sits right on Pub Street in Siem Reap, serving Cambodian food to a steady stream of visitors from late morning until midnight, seven days a week. The menu runs through familiar Khmer dishes alongside more adventurous options, from sweet and sour chicken stir fry and beef cheeks to roasted duck with curry and, for the curious, crocodile meat served in small tasting portions before you commit to a full order. Meals typically arrive with small extras that guests did not order but remember afterward — lemongrass or pomegranate tea, watermelon with dried fish flakes, banana chips, or a Cambodian pumpkin dessert offered on the house.

Reviewers return again and again to the service rather than any single dish, naming individual waitstaff who explained menus, steered orders around allergies, and suggested tasters for unfamiliar items like crocodile. Despite the Pub Street location, several guests specifically note that it did not feel like a tourist trap, crediting genuine attentiveness over a scripted routine. The one recurring caveat comes from diners less familiar with Cambodian cuisine, who rated the food itself a notch below the service — a reminder that this is a kitchen rooted in local flavors rather than international crowd-pleasing.

Given the location and the volume of praise, expect a lively, touristy stretch of street outside and a fairly full house inside, so evenings may mean a short wait despite the long opening hours. It suits travelers who want an introduction to Khmer dishes with guidance from the staff rather than a self-service buffet approach, and those who value being looked after as much as what lands on the table. Groups and diners with allergies or dietary restrictions appear well accommodated based on repeated mentions.

Pub Street

Sights 422 m 5 min walk 4.4/5 on Google

Pub Street is 422 m south of Park Hyatt Siem Reap — about 5 minutes on foot. Of the 5 places under “sights” within a kilometre of the hotel, this is the best rated.

The next two places under “sights” from Park Hyatt Siem Reap are Made in Cambodia Market (358 m) and Old Market Bridge (613 m), so there is a choice within a few minutes.

Pub Street is the main entertainment hub in central Siem Reap, a vehicle-free street lined with bars, clubs, restaurants, and food stalls. The strip fills with lights and music at night and operates around the clock, drawing both tourists and locals. Nearby is a night market offering additional food and shopping options. Visitors can expect everything from dance clubs and cocktail bars to casual seating areas and street food vendors.

Guests consistently praise the atmosphere and value. The street is energetic and social—people mention it as ideal for meeting other travellers and relaxing after temple visits, with an upbeat vibe comparable to entertainment districts in New Orleans or Nashville. Beer prices are notably cheap, with some visitors citing beers around 0.75 USD, and happy hour deals are common. Food options span many cuisines with reasonable pricing. The main caveat is the noise level; music is loud throughout the street, which some find exciting and others find overwhelming. Locals are reported as friendly and willing to chat.

The street works best as an evening and late-night destination after a day of sightseeing. It suits travellers seeking nightlife, casual dining, and a social atmosphere rather than a quiet experience. It is busiest after dark and operates continuously, so timing is flexible. Those sensitive to noise or seeking a more subdued evening should consider elsewhere in the city, though the street remains functional and welcoming throughout its hours.

Graines de Piaf is 467 m south-west of Park Hyatt Siem Reap — about 6 minutes on foot. It is among the three closest places to the hotel under “restaurants”.

The next two places under “restaurants” from Park Hyatt Siem Reap are Mesa - Restaurant (418 m) and Wild (771 m), so there is a choice within a few minutes.

Tucked on Funky Lane in Siem Reap, Graines de Piaf is a small French restaurant open evenings only, run by a French owner who cooks and often talks guests through the menu himself. Dishes mentioned by visitors include bavette, magret de canard, pork filet with truffle sauce, duck in mustard sauce, beef fillet and creme brûlé, with meals typically served with salad and bread in the French style, alongside wine the owner is happy to pair with the food.

Reviews are consistently positive, with guests praising the quality and freshness of the cooking, reasonable prices, and the warmth of the owner, who is repeatedly described as friendly, passionate and attentive, including to non-French speakers thanks to an English menu. The one recurring caveat is space: the dining room is small and can get crowded and noisy on busy nights, with karaoke inside, so some diners have ended up seated outside among smokers, which they actually found quieter than the interior.

This is a place for an evening meal rather than a casual lunch, since it only opens from 6pm to midnight. It suits travellers who have had their fill of local cuisine and want a properly cooked French dinner with wine, or anyone curious about a small, personally run kitchen rather than a large restaurant. Given the limited seating and evident popularity, arriving early or booking ahead is worth considering, especially on weekends, and those who prefer a quiet indoor setting might ask about seating before committing to a table.

The next two places under “bars” from Park Hyatt Siem Reap are ASANA OLD WOODEN HOUSE Cocktail Bar (345 m) and Ambar Cocktails & Karaoke Bar (500 m), so there is a choice within a few minutes.

Barcode Bar is a drag show venue in Siem Reap's Mondul 1 Village that runs performances nightly from 9 pm. The bar seats guests for a three-hour show featuring performers in elaborate costumes. Visitors describe a casual, welcoming space with air conditioning and a mix of seating, from main tables to spots available on busier nights. The atmosphere draws both tourists passing through and repeat visitors to the city.

Guests consistently praise the quality and energy of the performances, with multiple reviews highlighting the entertainers' costumes and engaging stage presence. The staff and performers are frequently mentioned as warm and approachable—several visitors note that performers remember guests from previous nights and interact with the crowd after acts. The three-hour show format draws praise for its sustained energy. Atmospherically, reviews describe the crowd as lively and welcoming, particularly later in the evening on weekends, though Sunday nights are reportedly quieter than Saturday. The bar stocks drinks that visitors describe as good, though specifics are not detailed in guest feedback.

The venue opens at 8 pm Tuesday through Sunday, with shows beginning at 9 pm and running until around midnight or later. It's closed Mondays. The location in Mondul 1 Village is accessible but not in central Siem Reap's main tourist strip. The three-hour show length and late-night hours make it suitable for visitors planning an evening out rather than a quick drink, and guests mention it as family-friendly for teenagers. Arriving early on weekends ensures better seat options.
