After so many trips to Koh Rong this was one of my favourite places to stay. The staff were amazing and very sweet and the food was really great. All the bungalows are clean and have such a cute design! Even if it was raining we could sit together play some board games and watch the tide coming in. One of my favorite things was going to the completely lonely beach and watch the sea life waiting for the tide to come back. We also tried their honeymoon suite which was an amazing experience and I would recommend it to everyone! The only contra (for some people) is that it is far out from the hotspots. But I personally loved it. Mostly because I could watch birds and wildlife in peace without any interruptions. AND because it is so far out from everything you can actually see the glowing plankton
The food is good, the staff are friendly, and the surrounding nature is pristine and beautiful.
The downsides are that the food is a bit expensive, rain leaks into the bungalow, and there are lots of broken glass pieces and other sharp objects around the bungalow. The snorkeling is poor due to low visibility, and there are dangerous fishing nets underwater. Even when you ask for non-spicy food, it is often still spicy. We do not recommend this place for families with children. There are also quite a few mosquitoes at times. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this place. Everything is far away and not easily accessible
We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Beach and would happily return. The bungalow was comfortable, and the surroundings are absolutely stunning. The restaurant overlooking the sea was a beautiful spot to unwind and enjoy the view.
The boat trip organized by the resort was also a lot of fun and well worth the price — a great experience and a highlight of our stay.
That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The motorbike rental service needs better maintenance — each bike we received had some issue: two had flat tires (one was inflated and the other replaced), and another had a loose, rattling muffler. It didn’t affect the ride itself, but the noise was quite unpleasant.
We were also surprised that there was no option to refill water bottles for a fee. While we understand the business side of selling bottled water, it would be great to see a more sustainable solution that doesn’t result in so much plastic waste.

I found this place after noticing a "$2 cocktail promotion" on the main road and spent the whole day here (lunch, drinks, dinner). It's a fantastic spot to eat, drink, and relax by the beach.
The vibe is very nice and calm.
The kitchen offers a great menu for both lunch and dinner. The food is made with fresh vegetables, spices, and the smell is delightful.
Most importantly, there's the $2 cocktail bar right on the beach. The bartender is friendly and serves great cocktails. I enjoy them all.
I can't wait to come back; it's the best place on Koh Rong Island, away from the tourist crowds.
We visited the resort from the owners other bungalows in Sok San beach for cocktails. Roy the owner and his wonderful wife invited us to stay the evening free of charge because of some building noise that may disturb us. Fantastic gesture by Roy which we gladly accepted.
A marvelous venue. The staff, cocktails, food and atmosphere was 10 out of 10. A must visit location that we all will return to.
