I cannot say enough good things about our stay. We had a large family with 3 generations staying together in the 3BR suite. Not only was it clean, neat, and well decorated, but it also felt like a home away from home. We spent 10 days here, and it couldn’t have been better. We had access to a great fitness center, beautiful rooftop pool, washer/dryer, and complimentary breakfast pastries and coffee. Saving the best for last: the people. Each one made us feel so well taken care of and safe. From the desk crew, cleaning and maintenance, and of course the security guys on the street! When we crossed the street they were impeccable with managing the traffic and keeping us out of harms way. They treated our youngest of the group like a princess and we couldn’t be more appreciative of the whole experience. Will 1000% be back here when we visit again!

Great stay! The hotel is in a very convenient location and the rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Summarizing my stay at this hotel, I can say this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Due to an inexperienced receptionist who was clearly left without proper supervision, a simple room upgrade turned into a stressful and exhausting situation. According to Booking.com, the upgrade should have cost around $12–15, but I was repeatedly quoted $39.5 and eventually told that the hotel “could not upgrade the room.” I was asked to wait in the lobby for the manager on his day off, despite the fact that I was exhausted after traveling. I booked a room with a balcony because I smoke, yet due to a booking system issue I was initially given a room without one. They asked whether I would stay in that room and reminded me once again that smoking in the room was prohibited and that the fine was $100. Only six hours later, at 10:30 PM, the manager finally arrived. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, he came to my room with another male employee and accused me of rude behavior and making the reservation incorrectly. They threatened to call the police and remove me from the hotel. Once again, I had to prove through their own Booking.com listing that the mistake was not mine. The manager never apologized. Instead, he offered me the free room upgrade (which I finally paid $15 for) only if I apologized to his employee and agreed not to leave a negative review. I consider this completely unprofessional. Because of this treatment, I experienced severe stress, slept very poorly,

Unable to Check In Due to Road Closure & No Assistance from Staff. As someone working in the hospitality industry, leaving a negative review is something I avoid whenever possible. However, this experience was extremely disappointing. I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 AM, exhausted after traveling, only to find the road directly in front of the hotel blocked by construction, making it impossible to drive in or access the property. While the construction itself may not be the hotel’s fault, I called the night receptionist hoping for assistance or at least help checking how long the blockage would last. Unfortunately, the receptionist refused to help and simply told me to wait without any clear timeframe. When I expressed concern about waiting indefinitely at that hour, the response became rude and dismissive. In the end, I was unable to check in at all, yet no solution or refund was offered, despite paying $153.18 for two nights. I had to book another hotel nearby late at night. It’s truly unfortunate because the property itself is beautiful and well located, but the lack of basic customer support in such a situation was extremely disappointing. I hope management looks into this matter.

The only positive was the location. The management hadn't been paying attention to the condition for a long time. The tap in the bathroom was leaking. The receptionist asked me not to change the air conditioning settings, otherwise it would stop working((

EE-cafe is 47.1 km west of One Residence Hotel & Apartment, Phnom Penh — a short ride rather than a walk.

This countryside café in Kirirom offers coffee in a spacious, clean setting. Visitors find it a peaceful spot with functioning facilities, though it serves drinks rather than food. The atmosphere appeals to those seeking a quiet break in a rural location.

Guests consistently highlight the coffee quality and reasonable prices, along with the cleanliness of the space and toilets. Several mention the peacefulness of the setting. One visitor noted the limitation that food is not served here, only beverages, which is worth knowing if you plan a longer stop. The overall feedback suggests a straightforward, functional café rather than a destination venue.

The café suits travellers passing through Kirirom who want a coffee break without fanfare, or anyone seeking a calm spot away from busier areas. Go expecting coffee and a quiet atmosphere, not a meal or elaborate service. The rural location means it works best as a planned stop rather than a casual drop-in.
