Guest rooms are on the upper floors of the building; the lower floors are residences. Breakfast and other meals are served in the dining area on the L floor, one level below the rooftop. Smoking happens in and around the entrance, lobby and dining area, and the smell carries through the shared spaces; guests who have asked for a non-smoking room have been moved without difficulty.
Wow, I can’t believe this place has any good reviews. The hotel is so run down and depressing, we booked two nights and checked out after one. The pool was dirty like to the point where you wouldn’t get in the water, the breakfast was terrible. Rooms have been smoked in, the carpet is disgusting, curtains have tears and holes in them, towels provided were frayed.
The only saving grace was that the staff were really friendly.
Good day, the hotel met our expectations. What I give it 5* for are the towels. Probably the best towels (thick, smelly) I've ever experienced in hotels. Breakfast could be better for a 4* hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the glass elevator... The pool was ok.
Lovely room and front office staff. But it’s appalling at breakfast venue. Restaurant staff are not smiley. Seems frustrated.
1. First time seen salad dipped in water.
2. Juice wasn’t available until asked, that too is Chinese squash type.
3. No spoon, only soup spoon
4. Food quality mediocre
5. No napkin provided
A new Chinese owned hotel in a lovely neighborhood. All rooms are at the upper floors as the lower floors are for the residences. Luv the decorations inside the room especially the shower. Lots of Chinese signs all over. The service is very good especially the manager. All requests are well accommodated certainly. The dining area is on the L floor under the rooftop floor.
The drawback is smoking..is it allowed in Cambodia? As I can see people smoke near the entrance, lobby, dining area, etc., one will smell it when being outside the room esp at the lobby area. Luckily, there are not many guests at the moment.
